LODGE PLANNING

Brethren,

VWBro Stephen Wyer gave an excellent presentation of the Provincial 5 Year Plan which is being used by the Province to ensure that the Province looks ahead and plans for the future. All Lodges need to do the same, we all need to be up to date and relevant to the modern world.

Several Lodges have asked for a Lodge version of the 5 Year Plan. We have therefore put together this document to help all Lodges, large or small to look at themselves and to look to the future so that they can understand why they are here and also why members should continue with their membership or why a candidate would want to join the lodge.

Following these easy steps you will be able to put together a Lodge plan and use it in conjunction with the revised Pathway Initiative so that your Lodge will be ready to find, accept and inspire candidates and members through their journey in Freemasonry.
