The balsamic used in this recipe is not the fancy, super-expensive vinegar. I use the basic, $9-buck-a-bottle stuff.

Ingredients 4 lbs. chicken parts or 1 whole chicken cut up 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard (I use Gulden's) 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary 2 teaspoons garlic salt 1 teaspoon pepper Extra virgin olive oil

Pour the contents of the bowl into the Ziploc bag, seal tightly, and squish it around to make sure the marinade reaches all surfaces of the chicken.

An Acient Sword Hidden In Plain View

5K-year-old blade was initially labeled as medieval sword on display at monastery

A PhD student had a hunch that a monastery’s sword, labeled as medieval, was actually much, much older. After two years of study, “it all came full circle,” Italian archaeologist Vittoria Dall’Armellina, said. The discovery of the 5,000-year-old sword is among the oldest ever found. Dall’Armellina first spotted the 17-inch-long blade at the Museum of Venice’s Saint Lazarus monastery, the 300-year-old home of the Mekhitarist friars, an Armenian Catholic congregation, during a pleasure trip in November 2017. She partnered with the University of Padua to carry out chemical composition analyses that show it’s made of arsenical bronze, an alloy of copper and arsenic often used between 4000 BC and 3000 BC, before tin bronze became widespread.

Craft Burgers & Beer: Bouncing Into Spring With An Expanded Menu

By Jenn Lombari January of 2020 marks two years since Matt McCreavy took over the old Doherty’s East Ave Cafe and turned it into Craft Burgers & Beer.

Famous for their extensive list of draft beers and scratch made burgers with locally sourced ingredients, CB&B made a name for themselves in the Pawtucket area. Located right off the highway and just close enough to the East Side of Providence, they kept the old customers and developed a new, loyal customer base.

With the two year anniversary approaching, McCreavy wanted to give his customers a little something more. “I was thinking, what else do people like to eat with beer besides burgers?

Pizza!” There was most definitely room in the kitchen and it’s a fact that pizza and beer go perfectly together, so he set out to find a good deal on a stone pizza oven. Not only did he find a good deal on one but he ended up purchasing two.

With two pizza ovens, he is able to have several pizzas cooking at once, and hot oven subs. And just like that, Back Door Pizza became a section on the menu.

In addition to burgers, wings, entrees, brunch and other mouth watering menu options, now you can try five different specialty pizzas. Buffalo chicken pizza is made with their own breaded buffalo chicken with their own buffalo sauce, and blue cheese. The chicken parmesan pizza is fresh breaded chicken, a zesty red sauce and oozing with cheese. BBQ chicken pizza is made with fresh breaded chicken tossed in their own BBQ sauce, bacon , onion, cheese, and ranch. Meat Lovers pizza is covered in pepperoni, house made meatballs, sausage, bacon, salami and ham. And of course they have a Veggie Lovers pizza as well with spinach, mushrooms, roasted red peppers,

BALSAMIC GLAZED CHICKEN Notes from the Cooker, Traveler, Master Gardener and Serious Sipper of Creative Cocktails

I have chicken at least twice a week... can't get enough of it. So I'm always looking for new recipes. I especially love marinades, because the flavor penetrates the meat, making every bite count.

The balsamic used in this recipe is not the fancy, super-expensive vinegar. I use the basic, $9-buck-a-bottle stuff.

If the breast of the chicken is really large, cut it in half so that it cooks as quickly as the other parts. Put all the chicken pieces in a large Ziploc bag.

In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper. Whisk to mix thoroughly.

Pour the contents of the bowl into the Ziploc bag, seal tightly, and squish it around to make sure the marinade reaches all surfaces of the chicken.

Marinate the chicken for about an hour at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 350.

Using an oven-proof pan, heat some olive oil and then place the chicken pieces in the pan. Sear for 2 minutes on one side, then sear for 2 more minutes on the other. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 30 minutes, making sure the chicken has cooked all the way through.

Tax-Smart Giving with Qualified Charitable Distributions Thinking about making a large financial gift to charity? Looking for ways to reduce your taxes? If you’re retired and have IRA assets, the qualified charitable donation (QCD) tax rule might work in your favor. The QCD rule allows IRA owners or those who have inherited an IRA to exempt their required minimum distributions (RMDs) from taxation through direct charitable giving. It’s especially pertinent given recent tighter rules on itemized deductions. Here’s what you need to know to benefit from QCDs. Who qualifies to make QCDs The age requirements for RMDs and QCDs are similar, but not the same. IRA owners become eligible for RMDs any time during the year in which they turn 70½ years old. For the QCD rule to be in effect, you must have reached 70½ years of age.

It’s a slight distinction that matters when you want to reap the QCD tax benefit in your first year of eligibility.

Meeting RMD rules with a QCD RMDs can often be seen an annoyance, especially when you don’t need the money from your IRA. Yet failing to take RMDs is a costly mistake. The IRS imposes heavy fines on taxpayers who skip this annual obligation. If you can get by without taking income from your IRA, you might want to consider doing good with the dollars you are required to withdraw. That’s where the QCD can do double duty. The IRS states, “your qualified charitable distribution can satisfy all or part of the amount of your required minimum distribution from your IRA.” Eligible amounts The QCD rule applies to IRA distributions of up to $100,000 annually. The limit applies to the IRA owner and not a household. This means your spouse can also donate up to $100,000 (from his or her own IRA) through a QCD in the same year.

Timing matters The IRS applies the “first dollars out” rule to RMDs from your IRA. That means whatever is withdrawn first from your IRA during the tax year goes toward satisfying the RMD. If you make a withdrawal as income earlier in the year, the withdrawal will reduce tax exemption under the QCD rule. To get the maximum tax benefit, make your QCD early in the year, before withdrawing funds for any other purpose.

Who can receive QCDs Choose your charity carefully. QCDs only apply to charities granted tax-exempt status by the IRS. This generally includes

nonprofit groups such as churches, charities and other 501(c)(3) organizations. When in doubt, visit the IRS online tool to confirm nonprofit status.

Eligible IRAs You can make a QCD from either a traditional or Roth IRA. However, the tax benefit associated with the QCD rule only applies to owners of traditional IRAs since withdrawals from Roth IRAs are not taxable. One exception is if you are the owner of an inherited Roth IRA, which is subject to taxation.

Savings held in an employer-sponsored retirement account are not eligible; consider an IRA rollover if you want to take advantage of the QCD rule in the future.

Tell your tax preparer It’s important to properly report your QCD at tax time. Under certain circumstances, the IRS may require an extra form.

Plan ahead Talk to your financial advisor at or before the beginning of the tax year if you wish to satisfy RMD rules with charitable giving. Consult your tax professional to ensure compliance with both RMD and QCD rules.

Here we are getting into the mindset of spring, warm weather, and wanting that beach-ready body. Something happens, mentally, when April 1st arrives. It’s as if a switch goes off in our heads that puts cold weather behind us and the beach in front of us. April is the month when women start to think about what they are going to look like in a bathing suit, and men start to wonder if they are fit enough to take their shirts off on the beach. If you have read my February article, you are hopefully loving the body you already have and overall, loving yourself. I have always said that beauty comes from within.

Someone can be physically attractive, but when they speak or act wrongfully, they can become ugly pretty fast. The same happens if you don’t find someone physically appealing; their personality can change that. Often when you get to know someone, if they are a genuine person, they quickly become more attractive.

However, aside from this, we all still want to feel good physically. If you want to feel a little more comfortable and confident before you put that bathing suit on, here are some tips and tricks to help you reach your goals.

Water is a natural detox, and you cannot drink enough of it. Some days are easier than others to drink lots of water, but you must find a way to drink it, even on the hard days. If water is just too bland for you, there is a product called “Hint Water.� Hint Water is a naturally fruit flavored water that has no added calories and no added fat.

This does not mean you have to join a gym; you can easily increase your steps by doing any of the following: Add a 30 minute walk to your schedule each day in the morning, at lunch, or in early evening. Walk purposely somewhere instead of

driving. Park in the furthest spot at the market or mall so you have to walk further. You can increase your daily steps very easily. You should aim for 10,000 steps per day. You do not have to buy a “Fitbit� or some expensive product to monitor your steps. There are free apps you can download to your phone that track your steps. More is great, but less is just not enough. Increase your steps and you will be amazed at the transition of your body.

There are so many “diets� out there, but losing weight does not always require a diet. It’s actually more simple than a diet. We all know what’s good and what’s bad for us, so just make better choices, period!

You cannot live on a diet. You can live on a healthy lifestyle! If you love pizza and don’t want to give it up, eat less of it. Have a piece or two, then eat a protein or fiber food to fill you up. Or, there are also pizza crusts made of cauliflower instead of dough.

This allows you to be healthy, but still enjoy your pizza.

I am not saying cut themout completely, but you need to cut back on both.

Carbs and sugar do not burn fat, they store it. If you are having carbs at all three meals and then a sugary dessert or even a sugary cereal for breakfast, you are having too much and you are not going to trim down. Losing weight is not rocket science.

I do understand that it’s harder for some people because not everyone has a fast metabolism, but you can lose weight. Growing up, I did not have a fast metabolism. I trained my brain that exercise is a must. I changed the mechanics of my body and you can too. You just need to find your healthy weight and learn how to maintain it. Little things every day will make a huge difference.

It won’t take long and once you start feeling better, it will give you the incentive to keep making healthy choices. I cannot express how life and this world is so different when you feel good physically. Don’t dread putting on a bathing suit this year. Make this the year you feel comfortable and happy at the poolside or on the beach!

Business - Not As Usual

Wow, these are incredible times. The spread of the Coronavirus has brought havoc to many a large and small business alike.

Except for supermarkets, commerce has all but ground to a halt. On my way home from work tonight, I drove by a great Irish pub in Pawtuxet village. I have been riding by that same restaurant for 41 years on my way home. In the past, on the day before St Patricks’ day I would always think to myself that this was one pub that is going to make a lot of money tomorrow.

There would be big crowds overflowing on to the patio in front of the Pub. It was a joyous occasion, and on that day, in that place, everybody was Irish. I have thought that for four decades. This year was different, I know that on Saint Patrick day 2020, that Pub, will not have crowds, and will not have customers overflowing onto the patio. Their business, like so many other small businesses in Rhode Island is going to suffer, and suffer mightily because of the Coronavirus.

Today the City of Providence temporarily closed down the Providence Place Mall. With Easter coming, it will be a disaster for the businesses in the mall. In the Downcity area, where we are located, restaurants are closed, bars are closed, and there is nobody on the streets. Traffic to and from city is way down, as more and more people stay home. Businesses may have to close, employees will be laid off, and paying the bills will be virtually impossible for many. What a mess we are all in. Some people are afraid. Rhode Island has an older population and I myself am a senior citizen. I err on the side of caution for sure. I follow all the rules best I can. In the back of my mind I know that if I come in contact with a carrier I could be in trouble. I think that is in the back of a lot of people’s minds. I asked myself if there is something that could do to keep my business going, keep myself and my staff safe, and ensure our survival until it is back to business as usual.

I spoke to some of my suppliers this morning, and was very encouraged by their attitude in helping out in any way they can in this situation. There was a common empathy with these people that I have only felt a few times in my life. We were all in the middle of the ocean and the boat was leaking. I have felt this collective angst and empathy when President Kennedy was shot, when the Twin Towers came down, and when the Station Night Club burned down. The entire state of Rhode Island grieved as one, cried as one, and went on with great determination to get through the anger and pain, and get back on our feet and keep going. I know this will happen once again.

I am happy I am here, because the best of our people is about to come out. I know we will work together and help each other 44 Shop In RI

A COMMON, WORLDWIDE GOAL OBLITERATE COVID-19 Julia Romano The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the coronavirus a pandemic, and its spread has forced major societal changes at all levels and at supersonic speed. Little Rhody and its residents are very much included in the race to contain this virus, which is at the forefront of everyone’s mind. COVID-19 has caused federal, state and local governments to take aggressive steps to keep the people who are infected, and more urgently, severe cases that have the potential to be fatal, at a minimum. Taking a look at the timeline of COVID-19, here’s the report as to how it evolved and the course it took to get to Rhode Island.

The origin of COVID-19 is believed to have emerged in humans just prior to China’s Lunar New Year at the end of December 2019 (Subsequently, all Lunar New Year celebrations were cancelled for the first time ever) in Wuhan, China. On December 31, WHO first reported that a mysterious pneumonia was causing sickness in dozens of people in Wuhan, China. Many of those sickened had visited a live animal market in Wuhan, where it’s believed COVID-19 originated. The live animal market, referred to as a "wet market," sells both dead and live animals including pigeons and other birds, snakes, rats, bats, civet cats, marmots, monkeys, wolves, and others that you and I wouldn’t even consider eating. According to the Wildlife Conservation Society, “Poorly regulated, live-animal markets mixed with illegal wildlife trade offer a significant and unique opportunity for viruses to spill over from wildlife hosts into the human population.” Such markets pose a heightened risk of viruses jumping from animals to humans because the animals are typically tightly packed close together and the hygiene standards are such that it’s almost impossible to maintain if live animals are being kept and butchered on site.

In this day and age, it seems like a simple matter of common sense that this type of practice is wrong on many levels, but it’s also a prime example of the ongoing existing cultural differences between western and eastern countries. For more developed countries, it’s unnecessary practices such as these that appear to be reckless and which have an impact on the entire human race with a wide range of potential problems, many of which are deadly. Wet markets allow these practices to continue by providing the perfect breeding ground for viruses such as COVID-19, Sudden Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), and the avian flu. If the wet market and the practices that led us here are not put to rest, it’s like playing Russian roulette with what transmissible and pathogenic virus may come next, when it will come, and how it will cause suffering in the world. It’s mind boggling to understand the mindset of people who contribute to the continuation of consuming animals that are just not meant for human consumption. Furthermore, the manner in which the animals are treated is unnecessary and barbaric. Carcasses of these animals are often thrown on the floor of the market and butchered right on the spot, bagged up, and sold to the public, and some for a significant amount of money.

first case of infection was reported at the end of December 2019.

Our little neck of the woods became another of the virus’ targets just two months later. Some of us may have initially believed that we would eventually be fighting the virus, while others felt that it would be contained prior to reaching us and that we were untouchable. As we know now, the latter was not the case.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), COVID-19 is spread through being in proximity to an infected person and inhaling droplets generated when they cough or sneeze, or touching a surface where these droplets land and then touching one's face or nose. The population of people who appear to be in most danger of not only contracting the virus, but also, have a significantly higher chance at having complications are those aged 60 and older, as well as people who have underlying chronic health conditions. These facts about the virus have posed problems beyond what we could have imagined and currently, there is no way to fight the virus, nor is there a vaccination to prevent COVID-19.

From Wuhan, China, COVID-19 quickly spread primarily through travelers, from country to country. The disease is now in more than 100 countries around the world, spreading across Europe, Asia, and America. Consequently, we are all in what can be referred to as a state of “firsts.” What this means is that because of the spread of COVID-19, there are now and will likely be many more situations that arise that we have never experienced in the history of the world.

COVID-19 first entered the United States on January 20, 2020, in Snohomish County, Washington. By this time, Rhode Islanders, along with residents of other states, were beginning to see the reality of what seemed to be inevitable.

On March 3, Governor Gina Raimondo and Dr. Nicole AlexanderScott, Director of the RI Department of Health held the first of many press conferences to come, to report new cases, present information, give specific directives, make recommendations, as well as to express the necessity of every Rhode Islander to cooperate.

The first Rhode Island case of COVID-19 was reported to have infected a 40 year old male administrator of St. Raphael’s Academy in Pawtucket, who had recently returned from a school trip to Europe, with a stop in Italy, which at the time was considered to be a virus “hot zone.”Since COVID-19 reached the US, Rhode Island’s governor and the RI Department of Health have worked together very closely to put together a plan that would minimize the spread.

EASTER TRADITIONS from AROUND THE WORLD Julia Romano

Countries around the world are unique and interesting and holidays are a perfect time to learn about what they do that sets them apart. It’s often amusing to learn about beliefs and practices of our international neighbors, however, there are those countries that do things that are so bizarre, their concept of celebrating is hard to grasp or may even cause us to shake our heads in disbelief. Easter time is no exception. Some of the following countries celebrate Easter with traditions that may be hard to imagine, and others have practices that are even too peculiar to understand.

The (butter) lambs of Russia Russia’s Easter dinner includes a chunk of butter molded into the shape of a lamb. This seemingly harmless tradition dates back to ancient times when it was considered a lucky omen to see a lamb. The strange part of this tradition is the reasoning behind it. It’s thought that because a lamb is considered a Russian religious symbol, it is believed that it’s the only animal that Satan is unable to morph into.

Finland’s Easter sounds more like Halloween.

In Finland, it may seem more like Halloween than Easter, as children dress up as witches and roam the streets with broomsticks, looking for treats.

This custom comes from the belief that witches are warded off by the little witches as they recite a traditional rhyme at each house: Virvon, varvon, tuoreeks terveeks, tulevaks vuodeks; vitsa sulle, palkka mulle! (translation: I wave a twig for a fresh and healthy year ahead; a twig for you, a treat for me!)

Finnish children also plant grass seeds in shallow dishes of soil and place birch twigs in vases of water, and watch eagerly for green shoots and “mouse-ear” buds to appear symbolizing the springtime reawakening of life. Easter eggs and Easter bunnies – both pre-Christian symbols of fertility – are also abound in Finland, though these are more recent cultural practices.

Colombia’s Easter is anything but conventional.

At Easter time, Colombians do something that can be considered quite odd and perhaps, cause you to lose your appetite.

Instead of the typical tradition of eating chocolate eggs and bunnies, they prefer iguanas, turtles and big rodents. Now, what’s that all about???

Worldwide, Easter is known for multi-coloured, decorated eggs.

But in Greece, all colors are left behind, other than the color red.

The Greeks “see red” as the color of life, as well as symbolizing the blood of Christ. From ancient times, the Greeks have believed that the egg is a symbol of the renewal of life, and the message of the red egg is victory over death.

An ode to Aussie’s endangered bilby during the Easter season.

The Aussies choose to raise awareness about the dwindling bilby population during the Easter season. Australian chocolatiers make edibles that resemble the small rabbit-size marsupials so that those who eat them will be reminded of the endangered animal. In 1991, Rabbit-Free Australia launched a campaign to replace the Easter bunny with the Easter bilby.

The French make a humongous 4,500 egg omelette at Easter time.

Every Easter Monday, the residents of Haux, France crack more than 4,500 eggs and pour them into a ginormous pan to make a huge Easter omelette that serves over 1,000 people.

On the morning of Holy Saturday, the traditional “pot throwing” takes place on the Greek island of Corfu: People throw pots, pans and other earthenware out of their windows, smashing them on the street. Some say the custom is derived from the Venetians, who on New Year’s Day, used to throw out all of their old items.

Others believe the throwing of the pots welcomes spring, symbolizing the new crops that will be gathered in the new pots.

Taking place in the city where it is believed Jesus was crucified, Christians celebrate Good Friday by walking the same path Jesus did on the day he was nailed to the cross. Taking note of his pain on that fateful day, some of those who participate carry a cross with them in remembrance. On Easter Sunday, many pilgrims attend a church service at Garden Tomb—the area it is believed Jesus was buried.

Tom Brady Says Farewell to New England

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 is a day that will likely go down in history as the day when the NFL landscape changed forever. Tom Brady, after sporting a New England Patriots uniform for 20 years informed the world he would play out the rest of his Hall of Fame career somewhere other than in Foxboro as a New England Patriot.The next day, Brady announced that his new home would be with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, whose organization has said in past reports they were willing to “go all in” to snatch up the NFL’s most talented quarterback.

And go all in they did. Brady signed with Tampa Bay for 50 million dollars for a two year contract, with another 9 million in potential incentives.

Brady’s 20 year run with the Patriots may have started off with many questions, and unless you had the ability to see into the future at the 2000 draft, there was absolutely no way to predict that the tall, lanky young man who grew up in San Mateo, California, would become the greatest Quarterback of all time.

In the 2000 draft, Brady was the 199th pick overall and was barely on any teams’ radar when he came out of the University

of Michigan in 2000. Every team in the league passed on him several times in that year’s draft before the Patriots selected him in the sixth round as the 199th pick. He then began his career in New England as their fourth-choice quarterback – and may have stayed as a back-up for some time – if not for an injury to the team’s starter, Drew Bledsoe, in 2001. Brady subsequently led the Pats to the Super Bowl that season and it was just the beginning of a career that can be described with adjectives such as extraordinary, amazing, spectacular, remarkable, exceptional, etc. etc.

Brady, 42, leaves his career in New England with a record of records. To start with, the Patriots did not record a losing season while Brady was their starting quarterback. Brady was also the first 42-year-old quarterback in NFL history to start every game in a regular season, had 41 playoff starts since 2001, has played in nine Super Bowls, won six and notched four Super Bowl MVP awards, earned three regular season MVP awards in 2007, 2010 and 2017, is the 2nd in All-time pass awards, 2nd in All-time pass TDs, and 1st in All-time wins. All of these accomplishments, along with

his poise, accuracy, and infamous work ethic are what Patriots Nation will miss.

It’s unpredictable as to how Brady diehard fans will take to his decision to move on.

It would be different if he had decided to retire. After 20 years of playing football, retiring is something that would be normal, something that is inevitable. But that’s not the case. So, what happened (or didn’t happen) to cause Brady to want to play out his career somewhere other than New England? There are many speculations, but will we ever learn the whole truth? Probably not. Here is some information that consists of opinions and reports that may have contributed to Brady’s choice to move on.

It’s been reported that the reason Brady hit free agency at age 42 was not because New England failed or refused to extend his contract. His first trip to the open NFL market was a deliberate effort on the part of the quarterback. When Brady restructured his contract with the Patriots last summer, he might not have known at the time he wanted to leave. But he knew he at least wanted the option.

Some have reported that Brady’s departure

“Tom and I will always have a great relationship built on love, admiration, respect and appreciation. Tom’s success as a player and his character as a person are exceptional. Nothing about the end of Tom’s Patriots career changes how unfathomably spectacular it was. With his relentless competitiveness and longevity, he earned everyone’s adoration and will be celebrated forever. It has been a privilege to coach Tom Brady for 20 years.

“Examples of Tom’s greatness are limitless, going back even before he was drafted. We witnessed how he prepared when he wasn’t playing, how he performed when he got his opportunity, what he did to continuously improve, his leadership, his mindset, the example he set, and, of course, the person he is. I am extremely grateful for what he did for our team and for me personally.

“Sometimes in life, it takes some time to pass before truly appreciating something or someone but that has not been the case with Tom. He is a special person and the greatest quarterback of all-time.” from the Pats was a matter of the “almighty dollar.” According to the Boston Globe, New England “gave Tom a number. He didn’t want it.” According to NBC Sports Boston, though, “a tangible effort by the Patriots to keep Tom Brady in New England never happened. No negotiation. Just the intimation that it was on Brady to say what he wanted. For Brady, that stance spoke volumes.”

Brady’s final season with the Patriots was disappointing by his own high standards. The Pats were shocked in the playoffs losing to the Tennessee Titans, and Brady threw 24 touchdowns, his lowest total in a full season since 2006. While some wondered if he was starting to decline, others pointed out that he was not as well supported on the field as he had been in prior years. Maybe this contributed to his decision?

Some say that Brady is leaving the team because of a souring relationship with Bill Belichick and other signs from the past, thus ending a partnership between the greatest quarterback of all time and the greatest NFL coach of all time, and breaking up the most powerful dynasty the league has ever seen. This is a possibility, but keeping in mind that Belichick is not known as being sentimental, it’s hard to believe after reading the following statement from Belichick about Brady’s departure.

“Tom was not just a player who bought into our program. He was one of its original creators.

Tom lived and perpetuated our culture. On a daily basis, he was a tone setter and a bar raiser. He won championships in three of his first four years on the field and in three of his final six seasons with us, while competing for championships in most every season in between. This is a credit to Tom’s consistency and what separates him.

He didn’t just perform. He didn’t just win. He won championships over and over again.

The sentiment from Tom Brady sums up what hopefully most fans will understand and admire, regardless of him moving on to Tampa Bay.

I want to say thank you for the past 20 years of my life and the daily commitment to winning and creating a winning culture built on great values. I am grateful for all that you have taught me. Everything we have accomplished brings me great joy and the lessons I have learned will carry on with me forever. I couldn’t be the man I am today without the relationships you have allowed me to build with you. I have benefited from all you have given me. I cherished every opportunity I had to be a part of our team, and I love you all for that. Our team has always set a great standard in pro sports and I know it will continue to do just that. Although my football journey will take place elsewhere, I appreciate everything that we have achieved and am grateful for our incredible TEAM accomplishments. I have been privileged to have had the opportunity to know each and every one of you, and to have the memories we created together.”
