represents a seven-member ownership team, which consists of hard-working and familyoriented Rhode Islanders who found a need to meet in Rhode Island: a service oriented approach to mobile storage. To Jason and Danielle, this means the right product available to their customers, when they want it, and where they want it quickly. Danielle brings a customer centric approach to working with customers to ensure their needs are met. MI-BOX of Rhode Island offers three sizes of secure, weatherproof, and durable containers: 8’ x 8’, 16’ x 8’, and 20’ x 8’. Danielle explained the 8-foot container can store the contents of a dorm room and is useful for seasonal item
storage; the 16-foot container can house the contents of 3 – 4 rooms of furniture or a medium sized apartment; and the 20-foot container can accommodate 4 – 5 rooms of furniture or a larger apartment. Jason noted the 20foot container is one which the competition does not offer. As part of their flexible approach to customers, Jason explained, “We can offer customers a daily rate plus delivery where our competitors charge customers a monthly rate plus delivery, regardless of how long they need the container,” he said. “We allow our customers to keep their container for as long as they need, whether that be for several days or several months, and we offer them access to their contents when they want access,
