If you’d planned to travel to Cuba, you still can—but only one of the country’s 10 main airports will be open starting this month.

At the direction of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the US has banned all flights to the island nation, save for those going into Jose Marti International Airport. Havana’s airport is being left open for ”commercial flights for family visitation or other lawful purposes,” per a letter Pompeo penned.

It’s been a rough few months for Boeing. It’s CEO was grilled by a Senate committee about deadly issues with the company’s 737 Max jets and told to quit by the mother of a crash victim. Their latest announcement didn’t make things any better.Cracks have been found in up to 50 of its 737NG planes, precursors to the 737 Max that have now been grounded. The Federal Aviation Administration ordered immediate checks on 737NG planes that had flown more than 30,000 times after Boeing reported an issue with the part that connects the wing to the fuselage, known as the ”pickle fork.” Qantas then said it had found cracks in an aircraft with fewer than 27,000 flights, which airlines had been given more time to inspect, per Reuters. Inspections on another 32 of its 737NG planes are to wrap up by Friday.

The AirPods Pro feature a transparency mode that will let you hear your surroundings while wearing them. The earbuds have a “force sensor” that you can use to control music playback and activate transparency mode.

The company is promising fantastic audio quality from the AirPods Pro for that $249 price. They have a feature called “Adaptive EQ” that “automatically tunes music to the shape of your ear.”

Unlike the current AirPods, these will come with flexible ear tips for a more secure, sealed in-ear fit. Three sizes of silicone tips are included in the box.

Supreme Ricotta Maple Pumpkin Pie 15 oz cooked or canned pumpkin 5 large eggs 2 cups Supreme Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk) ¼ cup milk ¼ cup maple syrup 1½ tbsp melted butter 1 cup sugar

Dash of lemon juice 1 tbsp cornstarch ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ginger ½ tsp nutmeg Pie crust (single 10” shell)

Sift sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg together in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Beat eggs slightly in large bowl with high speed mixer. Add milk, maple syrup, pumpkin, Supreme Ricotta, melted butter, lemon juice and sifted ingredients to beaten eggs. Beat this mixture at medium speed until well blended and smooth (about 5 mins). Pour mixture into uncooked 10 pie crust.

Bake in 450 oven for 15 mins. Reduce temperature to 350 and continue to bake for 50 minutes. Serves 10.

MOM’S MEATLOAF MAKE-OVER Few dishes scream out “comfort food” like meatloaf. My Mom’s meatloaf was awesome, and she’d cut a huge slab of it onto my plate, with fantastic butter-loaded Pennsylvania Dutch egg noodles on the side. I couldn’t stop eating it.

I never thought of making meatloaf when I moved away, because it gave my Mom something special to make for me when I came home to visit. She was thrilled that there was a dish she could make that I would devour every time, without hesitation. (The others were her roasted lamb and Lithuanian pierogis called koldūnai (kol-doon-ay).

But now that my Mom is in an assisted living facility, I’ve had to take meatloaf matters into my own hands. I never got my Mom’s exact recipe. But I had an idea of what went into it, so I gave it a shot.

INGREDIENTS:

4 strips bacon, fried and chopped 1 yellow onion, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic pork fat or olive oil 2 lbs. ground beef 1 lb. ground pork 3/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup ketchup

DIRECTIONS:

Fry the strips of bacon until crisp.

Remove the bacon from the pan and chop it fine. Set it aside.

Keeping the rendered bacon fat in the pan, sauté the onion with it until translucent. Add the salt, pepper and garlic. Set the pan aside, letting it cool to room temperature.

In a bowl, combine the meat, bread crumbs, ketchup, bacon, eggs, and the sautéed onion mixture. Form it into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour.

The standard mix for my Mom’s meatloaf was one-third each ground beef, pork and veal. I go 2/3’s beef and 1/3 pork instead, unless I can get my hands on humanely-raised veal from a farm down the road. My Mom used Lipton onion soup mix in her meatloaf. I chose to stay away from packaged ingredients which have chemicals and preservatives. And instead of layering slices of bacon on top as many people do, I fry and chop the bacon and mix it into the meat, giving my meatloaf delicious smokey bacon goodness in every bite!

To keep this dish gluten-free, I use GF breadcrumbs. I buy loaves of Udi’s frozen gluten-free bread, toast the bread slices, then put them in a food processor to make great-tasting bread crumbs that have all the flavor of regular bread crumbs, without the gluten.

DEEP FRIED TURKEY RECIPE INGREDIENTS: 6 quarts hot water

1 pound kosher salt 1 pound dark brown sugar 5 pounds ice 1 (13 to 14-pound) turkey, with giblets removed Approximately 4 to 4 1/2 gallons peanut oil* *In order to determine the correct amount of oil, place the turkey into the pot that you will be frying it in, add water just until it barely covers the top of the turkey and is at least 4 to 5 inches below the top of the pot.

DIRECTIONS:

Place the hot water, kosher salt and brown sugar into a 5-gallon upright drink cooler and stir until the salt and sugar dissolve completely. Add the ice and stir until the mixture is cool. Gently lower the turkey into the container. If necessary, weigh down the bird to ensure that it is fully immersed in the brine.

Cover and set in a cool dry place for 8 to 16 hours.

Remove the turkey from the brine, rinse and pat dry. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Place the oil into a 28 to 30-quart pot and set over high heat on an outside propane burner with a sturdy structure. Bring the temperature of the oil to 250 degrees F. Once the temperature has reached 250, slowly lower the bird into the oil and bring the temperature to 350 degrees F. Once it has reached 350, lower the heat in order to maintain 350 degrees F. After 35 minutes, check the temperature of the turkey using a probe thermometer. Once the breast reaches 151 degrees F, gently remove from the oil and allow to rest for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to carving. The bird will reach an internal temperature of 161 degrees F due to carry over cooking. Carve as desired.

TIPS TO STAY FIT THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS

Here we are again in the holiday season! I’ve always preached that holidays don’t have to mean you give up on your healthy goals and healthy lifestyle, but they also don’t mean you have to completely stop enjoying the holiday treats that the season brings!

Following are a few tips to help you get through the season without compromising everything you’ve worked so hard for during the year.

First and foremost, eat slowly!

When surrounded by all types of yummy food that the holidays offer, typically, we just eat and eat what’s in front of us, without a thought. It actually takes 20 minutes for our brain to get the message that we are full.

This is so hard when at holiday parties and faced with an overload of holiday food, but just slow down.

Enjoy and savor the flavor of the food. When we take time with our food, we tend to eat less. When we keep eating and eating, we obviously gain weight. Stop and ask yourself if you are really still hungry.

In doing so, we set our bodies up for a more optimal metabolism. If you eat slowly and take a few minutes to breathe, or just relax during the eating process, you will actually realize you may be full and not need to eat more. When you think about what you’re eating and slow down, you will realize that you have eaten enough and do not need seconds!

Yes, even on holidays or party days, pay attention to balancing your meals. You may want to be “good” all day or starve yourself on a day of a big feast or holiday party so that you can indulge later on. But this often results in an imbalance of not eating enough, but then eating everything on the table. You need to keep in mind that overeating because it’s a party or holiday meal is not a healthy choice. You can control what you put in your mouth. If you eat balanced meals throughout the day that include a source of fiber, fat and protein, you won’t wind up starving when it’s time for the holiday meal or party.

Dates, fresh fruit, dried fruit, roasted nuts, and coconut can all serve as sweet snacks and desserts. Try this option: Roast nuts in an oven on 250 degrees for 20 minutes, stuff into dates and roll dates in coconut for a tasty treat without the guilt of a sugar overload. If you are a chocolate lover, try this: One box of brownie mix baked with one can of black beans. Pour a good sized portion of the oil out of the can then dump the rest, with the beans, in a blender or mixer.

Mix until all beans are soft and pour into brownie mix. Bake according the brownie instructions.

You will have the best tasting, full of fiber filled brownies and no one will know that these brownies are actually a healthy dessert!

Add vegetables to your meal.

Many holiday feasts can be all about carbs. Be sure to bring fresh vegetables as an appetizer. The vitamins and minerals they provide can help replenish the nutrients that sugary and refined foods often deplete. Vegetables will provide the energy to take you through the day without having to crash on the couch after the meal.

Keep up your exercise during holiday time.

Even a brisk walk can be helpful for boosting metabolism and increasing energy. Wouldn’t you rather have energy from a nice walk, rather than from a “go to carb dish,” which most people do when they start feeling tired? The more you exercise, the more energetic you will feel.

At every party or holiday meal, limit your intake of glasses of eggnog. As hard as it may be to resist, limit the desserts. If you have multiple parties or dinners on your calendar, put a limit on the desserts. You do not need to have dessert at every meal. Make a goal to walk or do some sort of exercise every other day. Medicare Annual Election Period is Now!

By Mark Berger The Medicare Annual Election Period enables people to direct their future care.

The Medicare Annual Election Period, which runs from October 15 through December 7, is the time when people currently enrolled in Medicare can evaluate their coverage for the coming year. This period enables policyholders to review their current benefits. Medicare plans can change annually, and that may affect what will or will not be covered in the new year.

Steven Gosetti, a Bankers Life insurance agent located on 475 Kilvert Street in Warwick, works with clients to plan their futures with Medicare Supplement insurance, life insurance, long-term care insurance and retirement planning. According to Gosetti, the key to Annual Election Period is simply sitting down with clients and having an initial conversation to review their current coverage and how it may change in the coming year, because not knowing how a plan has changed can bring unexpected and unwanted surprises.

“Plans change from year to year; some have lower premiums but have higher deductibles or co-pays. Others have higher premiums but offer more coverage” said Gosetti, who has been a licensed insurance agent in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with Bankers Life for 14 years. “Many people do not review their coverage annually, but they need to consider if their lifestyle or needs have changed. Do I have to change my Medicare coverage?

A: It depends on what type of Medicare plan you have.

If you are enrolled in a Part C plan, known as Medicare Advantage, then you will need to change the plan to the area of your new residence. You will need to make this change within a certain timeframe upon moving. If you have Medicare Supplement insurance, then you do not need to change your coverage because those plans offer nationwide coverage. If you have a stand-alone Medicare Part D prescription drug plan, you will need to change it to one that services the area of your new residence.

Q: My family has an history of heart disease.

Can I get additional coverage that will help pay the bills if I have a heart attack or stroke?

A: There are a lot of different coverages and plans that can provide additional benefits to a person beyond what their health insurance pays in the event the person encounters specific illnesses. FitnessTips Have ever heard the phrase, “Weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise?” If so, you know that what you’re eating has the most impact on your health. You might be asking yourself why? Or how? I want to start off by saying that in my opinion the phrase should read, “Weight loss is 100% following a good nutrition plan, with exercise at least 3 times a week.”

You absolutely cannot cancel out a poor diet with exercise. Exercise is beneficial no matter what, however; if you’re looking to lose fat, what you eat will determine your results. When clients come in for a consultation, the first question I ask is, “How is your diet?” If they haven’t at least started changing their eating habits, I usually tell them to work on that first before beginning a workout regimen. I don’t want this to sound like I am discouraging exercise, by all means, exercise is always beneficial. The reason I recommend this is because too often we overestimate the amount of calories burned during a workout and this is then taken as an opportunity to consume more calories than necessary. Another reason is because in order to get the best results, knowing how many macro nutrients we need is important for pre and post workout meals. For example, if my client is working out with me 3 times a week and they aren’t consuming enough carbohydrates or protein, they are not going to feel their best.

It is so important to fuel your body with the proper nutrients for muscle repair, recovery and energy. There is a common misconception that carbs are the enemy, but they are, in fact, very important for us. There are many resources online that can help you determine approximately how much you should be consuming daily. Prepare! I can’t say it enough.

Knowing exactly what you’re going to eat for the entire day will curb eating whatever is available. Preparing will also help keep you feeling full, so you don’t get hungry. Keep it simple when it comes to your food, there’s no need to complicate it. Keep the sodium to a minimum. There are so many delicious spices that you can use to flavor your food that are nutritionally beneficial. If you have a crock pot or Instant Pot, find a healthy recipe that you’ll enjoy and make a big batch for the week. Put together uncooked meals ahead of time in individual freezer bags and defrost when needed. Always have water on hand; it’s the most important part of a healthy diet.

No matter what your goals are, a healthy diet is good for everybody. It doesn’t always have to be about weight loss or building muscle. Simply focusing on what makes us feel good and what gives us energy is reason enough to eat healthy. If you’re struggling with this, reach out to someone! Find a friend that you can do this with to support each other. You can also work with a trainer. A good trainer will support you and understand any struggles you may have along the way. Where do you start? Begin by tracking your food. Yes, that’s right, every bit of food you put in your mouth.

Use this as a tool when you first start to see where you can make improvements. Once you’ve done this for about 3-5 days, start implementing these changes.

Set realistic goals, like your target water consumption for the day and calorie intake. Again, be sure to also pay attention to carbs/proteins/fats. You can consume only 1500 calories a day worth of simple carbs, but that’s not going to help you reach your goals. Be sure to also track what you’re drinking. Sugary drinks can really pile on the calories. Don’t let fancy labels fool you, always read the nutrition facts and the ingredients; sugar is hidden in everything.

Donna Ouellette, owner of “Wigs and Wellness,” is such an inspiration, I was compelled to write this article after meeting her. All women want to feel good about themselves and often, much too often, that is not easy. Donna is determined to help women feel and be the best they can be, even with the struggles they may be facing.

Donna opened Wigs and Wellness after struggling with her own hair loss. She had always had fine hair, but after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer, and eventually, living without a thyroid, her hair loss only worsened. 1. Tell us about your designs. Who do you design for and why?

In today’s world, there has been a great divide between gender norms and also fashion between the both genders. When women shop in men’s sections of stores it’s completely fine, but there is this taboo when men shop the women’s section.

Christopher Sean designs androgynous fashion, blurring the boundaries between masculinity and femininity. This allows everyone (men, women and gender non-binary people) to express themselves for how they’d actually be portrayed.

Clothes today, at least men’s clothes are very constricting, not allowing one the freedom of creation/ expression with their outfits. I do put most of my garments on men to inspire the viewers to cross gender norms and blur those lines.

I see that in the next few years that people don’t want to just wear clothes, they want to wear a piece of art. Currently, people want to but don’t know how. So many of my designs are a piece of art where some of then can be worn everyday but then there are some that are very couture to be worn at special events. One thing that I’ve done is bring in other forms of craft into my designs, like ceramics.

A few of my pieces have been made out of porcelain.

2. Where do you get your inspiration?

With designing garments that can fit either gender, I really look towards the LGBTQ community for inspiration. A lot of times I look towards club kids and drag queens/ kings for the freedom of expression. For collections though, I look at different times in LGBTQ history and use those moments as stepping-stones to create garments. The gay men that were imprisoned in concentration camps during World War II inspired my most recent collection. Bringing light to a topic that no one usually talks about.

3. How long have you been designing? Did you attend a University for design?

I attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and received my BFA in Textile Design/Fiber Arts. During my education I taught myself how to design and construct garments. From the pattern making all the way to putting in the final stitch. I have been designing for over 2 years now and I’m still learning new things every day.

4. Did you always know you wanted to be in the design field in some capacity?

Since I was in high school I always wanted to design, but back then I wanted to design electronics such as phone and computers. After working in the field I learned it wasn’t for me. I always had an interest in fashion but decided to pursue it when I started college.

5. Who are three of your favorite designers of all time and why?

Alexander McQueen is by far my favorite designer. There was always a for of theatricality to his fashion shows that no other designer has really accomplished.

My second favorite designer is Iris Van Herpen for combining science and technology with fashion. If she has to she’ll collaborate with other artists create certain garments. Van Herpen uses 3D printers, CNC routers and laser cutters to create some of her garments.

Lastly, Harris Reed is another favorite. He’s doing what I’m doing with designing androgynous wear but with a completely different aesthetic and its beautiful!

6. If you were not a designer, what profession do you think you would be in?

If I wasn’t a designer I would actually be an archaeologist. When I was a kid I wanted to discover art from old civilizations.

GIVING SENIORS A REASON TO SMILE

Elves for Elders creates opportunity for providing cheer to those without.

The holiday season brings the best in people since they are receptive to giving. Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day, people donate frequently to not only feel good about themselves, but to also get the tax benefits associated with helping others.

There are groups, such as senior citizens, who might have several reasons for not getting any attention. They might live alone and do not have family living in the area. Or, they have mobility issues and cannot go out and get things for themselves. That’s why a program created by Maxine Hutchins provides homebound and lonely seniors a gift for the holiday season brings more than just smiles.

“Seniors are often a forgotten group when it comes to the holiday season,” said Hutchins, who works at Right at Home in Warwick and whose Elves for Elders program has operated for 16 years. “They may not have the means or the resources to see friends, family and/or relatives. We provide cheer and hope to these people so they feel wanted and know that other people are looking out for them.”

Hutchins said the roots of Elves for Elders began when she worked as a social worker in senior housing. She made Christmas cards for 200 residents that drew concerns from friends and colleagues saying it would be wasting her time.

Hutchins said when one of her residents thanked her for the card stating it was the only one she received for Christmas that gave her all the motivation necessary to continue.

“That resident had never married and had no children. Then, I thought if I’m the only one that gave her a card, and I certainly did not give her a gift, then how sad is that; not receiving any gifts at Christmas?” she said.

She began a non-profit association of women who provide services to seniors called Seniors RULE (Resources Unlimited - Liaisons for Elders). They meet monthly to participate in

community events to act as a one-stop resource for seniors and/or their caregivers. Part of being a member is supporting Elves for Elders, she noted.

As the Elves for Elders program grew, Hutchins said she needed to move the holding site for the gifts. Three years ago, she found her current site at Lakewood Baptist Church in Warwick. She collected gifts from the malls after Thanksgiving weekend and held them at the church until our ‘wrapping’ event, where the group sorted and assembled the gifts.

She added that the group did all of the wrapping until five years ago, when they requested gift bags be included with the stars.

“Elves for Elders is a program designed to obtain gifts for seniors in various facilities statewide who might not otherwise receive a gift for the Holiday Season,” Hutchins said. “Over the past two years, we have averaged 1,200 gift requests from 22 various nursing homes, day cares, senior centers and subsidized assisted livings.”

Starting November 1, there will be trees that will display stars at various malls throughout the region. These stars include a gift for an elder that customers can pick up and purchase. All tress will be up at Emerald Square Mall in Attleboro, Wrentham Village Outlets, Catherine Specialty Clothing in Cranston, Mission Nutrition in Cranston and Warwick Mall.

The trees will be taken down from their respective posts on December 10.

Hutchins said the way it works is that patrons pick up a star at the mall’s courtesy desk. The star will have the senior’s first name and the type of the present they would like. As examples, a woman named “Mary” might want a pair of size8 slippers or and man named “Sam” may want a pair of extra-large pajamas. The person purchases the item or items and returns them to the courtesy desk with the star.

“We receive a lot of requests for clothes, but it’s not confined to just that,” she said. “People can ask for anything such as toiletries, personal items or even things outside the box. We want to give people what they ask for and have a happy holiday.”

Hutchins suggests that the gifts come in a gift bag with the star attached to the bag. All donations are due back to the respective malls by December 10. A few days after that date, Hutchins and her “Elves” will collect the items from the malls, sort and arrange the gifts to be sent to the appropriate facilities and deliver them.

Lower Interest Rates and Your Wallet As you’ve likely read in financial headlines recently, interest rates are falling. So, what does that mean for you and your finances? Here are some factors to consider.

It becomes harder to save. When interest rates fall, traditional savings accounts and certificates of deposit do not deliver much in the way of returns.

You may feel less motivated to save when earnings are low. The practice of setting aside money for the future is still important for your financial security.

Consider ways to diversify your savings, perhaps by investing in stocks and bonds according to your risk profile.

Financial planning is as important as ever. You can’t control interest rates. But you can control how you manage your finances. Make financial planning a priority. With sound advice and strategic saving and investing, you can make the most of any market.

Your existing debt may be more manageable. A rate cut by the Fed may cause interest rates on credit cards, home mortgages, home equity loans or lines of credit, and business loans to go down. The terms of your debt will determine if you benefit from the reduction. Variable or adjustable rates typically fall in this category. Fixed rate debt, however, will not budge.

Refinancing may be worthwhile. This may be a good time to refinance a high-interest fixed rate loan. Student loans, home mortgages and business loans are top prospects. Run the numbers to determine whether it makes sense to refinance. Generally speaking, refinancing to a lower interest rate is most beneficial for large loans with 10+ year repayment periods. Savings diminish when the repayment period of your refinanced loan extends beyond the length remaining on your existing loan. Likewise, accelerating your repayment schedule can cut interest costs, but can result in higher payments.

Borrowing can be more affordable. Low interest rates are especially desirable when you need to borrow money to make a large purchase. Young wage earners with long careers ahead of them can benefit by locking in low interest rates to purchase a first home, a new car, or appliances. Businesses can invest in facilities or equipment. Adjustable rate loans tend to be cheaper than fixed options, but they do carry more risk as interest rates may rise in the future.

Fundraiser to Benefit Children of Richard Gemma By Mark Berger Friends of the late Johnston Firefighter Richard Gemma are putting together a benefit to raise money for his three surviving children. This event will take place on Saturday, November 9, at The Joint Bar & Grill, located on 1150 Oaklawn Ave., in Cranston, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM. This fundraiser is being sponsored jointly by the restaurant and The Bridge at Cherry Hill, located in Johnston. The day will feature food, drinks, raffles, including tickets to see the New England Patriots, door prizes, live entertainment provided by local comedians and disk jockeys and other surprises.

The Bridge at Cherry Hill Sales Manager Jen Burns, who along with Chris Campagone, who works for the Town of Cranston, and family friend Jason Laffredo, is putting this event together, said there has been an outpouring of support for Gemma. She has already found that Gemma was not only well-known in town but would have been taken aback from the community backing.

“We have been in touch with so many people who knew Richard, and we were surprised when other people said they wither knew or worked with him,” said Burns, who said she knew Gemma for many years through a family friend. “He was always doing stuff with his kids, loved traveling to Florida where his brother lives and riding his motorcycle. His loss is really being felt around town.”

Gemma, a Cranston resident who served on the Johnston Fire Department for six years, was on the first day of his two-week vacation, when he was killed in a motorcycle accident on August 27. He was 45 years old. According to several news reports, Gemma suffered a traumatic head injury after a crash at the intersection of Belgium Street and Felicia Drive. He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where doctors were unable to revive him.

Investigators believe Gemma was traveling north on Belgium Street when his front tire struck the curb on the west side of the road, causing him to veer. Authorities said Gemma tried to break, which caused him to be thrown from the motorcycle.

“His family and I grew up in Cranston, and I went to school with his brother,” he said. “Richard was such a kind-hearted person; always looking for ways of helping others. It was no surprise to anyone who knew him that he would decide to go into public service. He has so many friends, so when word spread about what happened, it left a void in the area to everyone who knew him.”

Burns said they have reached out to the area police and firefighter stations throughout the state in hopes of gaining their support. She said the police officers, firefighters and EMS are a brotherhood, and when one their own passes, it often hits them as if it were one of their own.

That also led to holding this fundraiser in his honor.

There will be a 50/50 raffle along with the other entertainers that will be forthcoming. Campagnone and Burns said they are asking the community for support in the form of either monetary donations, in-kind services and donations such as gift cards, gift baskets, event tickets and anything else that would like to be included.

All donations may be left either with Jen Burns at the Bridge at Cherry Hill, 1 Cherry Hill Rd. in Johnston or at The Joint Bar & Grill on behalf of Chris Campagnone.

Born in Providence, he was the son of Ret. Johnston Battalion Chief Richard L. Gemma and Kathleen (Adamo) Gemma of Johnston; father to Siobhan H. San Antonio, Gianna J. Gemma and Antonio R. Gemma and the brother of Louis J. Gemma of Englewood, FL. Richard graduated from Cranston East High School.

There is no charge to attend the event. Burns said a donation box will be stationed at the front door. Also, there will be a free shuttle service from the former Phred’s Pharmacy parking lot. There is no parking available in The 99 Restaurant parking lot. Cars that park there for this event are subject to being towed.

The news hit Campagnone, who grew up hanging out with the Gemma family, hard. He said the family was devoted to making people happy and would do what they could to help people in the community or in their neighborhood.

MOVIE REVIEW: El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie
