BEAU-RIVAGE PALACE

LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND

Ideally situated on the banks of Lake Geneva, Beau-Rivage Palace is nestled in natural beauty just a stone’s throw away from the center of Lausanne. Like the neighboring International Olympic Committee, the palace is an institution in the Ouchy district. During the early 20th century, the Belle Époque hotel was the scene of two peace-treaty signings. The hotel boasts 168 rooms, 26 of which are junior suites and eight are executive suites. All rooms have been recently renovated and equipped with the latest technologies. The Beau-Rivage Palace attracts international attention with its two-Michelin-Star restaurant, Anne-Sophie Pic. Three other restaurants offer local fusion, Japanese and Italian cuisine, while the 75,000-bottle wine cellar contains many vintages from the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Lavaux vineyard. The Cinq Mondes Spa has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, nine treatment rooms and two tennis courts.
