Te presento mi nueva colección: ¡Un Pushito de mi tierra! Pushito es una palabra utilizada en el vocabulario guatemalteco que significa un “poquito de algo”. Mi colección es eso, un poquito de la grandeza de Guatemala, con nuevos textiles que muestran lo hermoso de sus paisajes, su impresionante riqueza colonial y lo bello de su fauna.

Let me introduce you to my new collection: A Pushito from my land! Pushito is a word used in the Guatemalan vocabulary that means a "little bit of something". My collection is just that, a little bit of the greatness of Guatemala, with new textiles that show the beauty of its landscapes, its impressive colonial treasures and the beauty of its fauna.

Acompáñame en este viaje por las tierras de Guatemala, empezaremos por la colonial Antigua Guatemala, patrimonio nacional preservado. Luego viajaremos por las tierras del altiplano, Patzicía, en donde se siembra y cosecha muchos de los alimentos que se sirven en las mesas de los hogares guatemaltecos. Continuaremos nuestro camino hasta el pequeño pueblo llamado San Andrés Xecul, en Totonicapán, donde descubriremos una iglesia única en su diseño y pintura, para finalmente visitar las tierras de Cobán donde, si vemos con cuidado y atención, podremos encontrar al Quetzal, ave nacional de Guatemala, hermoso por sus colores y larga cola.

Join me on this journey through the lands of Guatemala, we will start with the historic Antigua Guatemala, a preserved national heritage. Then we will travel through the lands of the altiplano, Patzicía, where much of the food that is served on the tables of Guatemalan homes is planted and harvested. We will continue our way to the small town called San Andrés Xecul, in Totonicapán, where we will discover a unique church in its design and painting, to finally visit the lands of Cobán where, if we look carefully and attentively, we will be able to find the Quetzal, the national bird of Guatemala, beautiful for its colors and long tail.
