¡DESPIERTA! LA FELICIDAD ERES TÚ! Despierta.
WAKE UP! YOU ARE HAPPINESS Wake up and stay awake. This is how you can discover yourself, how you can find the truth, how you can get rid of your fears and meet your spirituality. Believe in what you wish and decide to have your soul and heart awaken to the change. A new day is the opportunity to leave what hurts behind you, what makes you fear, what makes you suffer and restricts you from living fully. So look for everything that keeps you peaceful in the present, the correct ways to be awake and have your mind distant from everything that disturbs you.
A SYMBOL OF MEDITATION Mandalas are originally from India and since their appearance have been considered tools of meditation and healing due to their ability to connect the unconscious with the soul, especially during the time you color and draw them, a moment when the negative energy flows. A mandala is a ‘holy circle’ that means ‘eternal and absolute’ in various cultures, it is the spiritual element that represents the cosmos.
COLOR SYMBOLISM We can give meaning to colors as a pleasure of life. They express emotions, and are simple and direct. People have a certain idea of the colors according to their beliefs and experiences; and somehow the way we see them, tells our life story. From your experiences your soul sends you messages to choose the colors to paint a mandala. The meaning that each person gives to a color depends on three main factors: the universe, which unfolds from the physiological responses of the body; the path of life; and culture. To better understand the meaning of the colors of your mandala we propose that, once completed, make a list of the colors used. Without much thought, next to each, write a word related to the feeling it gives you. These words will give you an idea of your current state of mind, of the messages that you are unconsciously transmitting and of those aspects of your life that need to find balance.

I want to show you a piece of me, a bit of who I am and the things that me move. Everything I can communicate and transmit I will do it through this book, a book that is connected with my soul, a book I have dedicated my time, my days, my love and spirituality. Also my essence, personality, energy, and thoughts are embodied here, so as all my being. I´m sure we all have a life mission on earth, which is transforming, generates changes and wonderful experiences. This is why I want you to get to know part of mine: show you the spiritual side that we all have, one we desire to continue experimenting in the earthly world. Thank you for inspiring me, for inspiring the world.
