Brian moved to the Monterey Peninsula from Sacramento in 2003 to attend Cal State Monterey Bay. He earned his BS in Business Administration and played Division II Golf for the University and fell in love with the area and has continued to build deeper roots. His 9 years of experience at the Santa Lucia Preserve and organic demand for him to serve members at a higher level led to his recent transition to real estate sales in The Preserve Community. His passion for the outdoors, golf, and conservation led him to move there where he can best serve the Community.

Kimberly Knausz has been a licensed Realtor in the South Florida market since 2005 and a resident of the area since 2003. In 2014, Kim was one of the select agents involved with launching ONE Sotheby’s Sports and Entertainment Division, the first South Florida luxury brokerage to establish a specific division focusing on professional athletes, public figures and celebrities. Each year she assists numerous athletes in real estate transactions nationwide. She has successfully represented athletes and entertainers in over 100 transactions.
