Bosch Community Fund Grants Advance STEM and Environmental Education for over 6,000 students and teachers in the Anderson Area The Bosch Community Fund is investing in Anderson's future by supporting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education initiatives across the area. These ten grants create pathways for students to explore STEM career opportunities through experiential learning and cutting-edge approaches. By partnering with schools, libraries, colleges, and community organizations, the Fund is equipping the next generation for high-demand STEM careers.

Anderson School District 1 A grant to Anderson School District 1 will support the continuation of its Camp Elevate program, a series of summer camp events that introduce students to career and technical education pathways. Through hands-on experiences, students and families explore the importance of college, career, and military readiness upon graduation.

Anderson School District 3 The Bosch Community Fund's grant to Anderson School District 3 will support Mission STEAMpossible, a camp for 4th–8th graders. Students will gain exposure to STEM careers while engaging in hands-on learning in science, media production, arts, physical education, music, and robotics.

Anderson School District 4 The Anderson School District 4 received a grant to enhance STEM education from Pre-K through 8th grade through its STEM Connections: Hands-On Learning, Environmental Awareness, and Real-World Exploration program. This initiative includes interactive science labs led by Clemson University's Science Outreach Center, an outdoor reading lab and school garden, and a STEMfocused summer camp for elementary students.

Anderson School District 5 This grant has been awarded to support Anderson School District 5’s Air Legends of A5 program. This new initiative exposes 4th – 8th graders to drone technology, integrating it into curriculum and after-school activities.

Anderson University Anderson University received a grant to expand its Engineering Skills Readiness program, a comprehensive initiative that prepares students pursuing engineering careers. The program addresses three critical areas: mathematical preparedness, early exposure to engineering disciplines, and practical career-ready skills development. Through a new career-focused microcredential component alongside its proven mathematics preparation coursework and Summer Seminar Series, students gain the foundation needed to enter the engineering workforce.

Tri County Technical College Foundation This grant supports Tri-County Technical College's Sensor Add-ons project, which integrates sensor technology into instrumentation training across multiple campus sites. Students gain hands-on experience with industry-standard equipment, strengthening their preparation for high-demand careers in advanced manufacturing.

FIRST South Carolina The Bosch Community Fund supports the organization's FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Robotics Competition programs across the Upstate region of South Carolina. These programs provide students with hands-on learning through real-world problem-solving and FIRST Robotics Competition professional development.

Anderson Institute of Technology This grant will support the continuation of Anderson Institute of Technology's STEM programs, including VEX Robotics and Mechatronics. The VEX Robotics program engages elementary and middle school students in hands-on learning opportunities through scrimmages and qualifying events.

Anderson County Library System A grant to the Anderson County Library will expand its Teen Robotics program. The program provides hands-on robotics education and competitive opportunities through VEX IQ competitions, improving student preparedness, and access to regional events.

Palmetto Partners for Science & Technology Funding will support a STEM summer camp for middle and high school students at Palmetto Partners for Science & Technology. The camp focuses on electric, hybrid, and fuel cell technologies through a curriculum developed by Clemson University. Students will engage with content using artificial intelligence and virtual reality platforms, complemented by hands-on activities and field trips to local companies.
