Cottage Streets, Thoughtfully Planned Seacrest Beach was built around a simple idea: a community you can move through on foot. Laid out in the late 1990s on New Urbanism principles, it pairs landscaped streets and brick-paver lanes with front porches, rear garages, and a web of footpaths that connect in every direction.

The homes lean into classic Florida beach-cottage architecture — clapboard siding, deep porches, crisp trim, and soft pastels that catch the late-afternoon light. Newer pockets add Gulf-front estate homes and condominiums, while the palm-lined promenade toward the water has become one of the east end’s most photographed sightlines.
