Grace Point's homes draw inspiration from the classic American Shingle Style of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, with cedar shingle exteriors, pitched roofs, dormers, and generous porches. THE GRACE POINT RESIDENCES
The community's final phase introduces the Grace Point Residences — three low-density buildings offering luxury attached living. Buildings 2 and 3 each contain five condominiums with resident rooftops; Building 1, at the 30A frontage, includes three condominiums above a mixed-use ground floor planned for a coffee shop and fine-dining venue, with a rooftop pool, cabanas, and lounge for residents above.

Scenic Highway 30A is a 24-mile coastal road threading together sixteen distinct beach neighborhoods along Florida's Emerald Coast.
