DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

A Coastal Classic Grace Point's homes draw inspiration from the classic American Shingle Style of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, with cedar shingle exteriors, pitched roofs, dormers, and generous porches. To preserve a unified neighborhood character, all homes are required to be three stories, with a height cap of 42 feet from first-floor elevation.

Interiors are appointed with upscale finishes — Carrara marble, quartz countertops, and oak or pine flooring — set within open, airy floor plans designed for both entertaining and full-time coastal living.

The community's final phase introduces the Grace Point Residences — three low-density buildings offering luxury attached living.
