This collaboration allows us to deliver the most effective solutions for MCI preparedness and streamlined evacuation chains, all within a holistic SAR strategy.

The ROFI Rapid Rescue Tent is designed as a casualty clearing or triage station but can also serve as a warm shelter for personnel. It pairs seamlessly with the LESS Mobile CBRN Unit for use in contaminated environments and can be set up by two rescue workers in under 10 minutes.

If you need tools for release or entry, Ogura has flexible and light hydraulic tools powered by standard 18V Makita batteries that do the job.

LESS Stretcher Rolling Kit PRO is a functional package solution for quickly bringing enough stretchers to the scene of an incident when there are several injured.

The stretcher kit has both wheels and sliding skids, which means that one rescue worker can easily carry the stretcher package out to the scene, even on rough terrain. The stretcher kit is also a functional unit in a larger emergency setup in a container, trailer, tracked or wheeled vehicles.

3013 Carrying Harness Hands-free carrying system LESS Carrying Harness, with its hard-shell construction, distributes the load on larger muscle groups. When carrying a patient, the crew has their hands free to secure themselves in terrain or narrow passages. The attachment hook is easy to attach and detatch to the stretcher handle. Standard supplied in bright colors and with reflectors for the best possible safety, but can also be delivered in black, coyote brown/FDE or in the desired camo pattern.

LESS Mass Casualty Triage A Simple System In a major incident or disaster, it is a main task for the first responders on site to get an overview of the extent of the incident and to prioritize the patients for evacuation.

There are several medical algorithms for such prioritization or triage, and LESS has developed a simple labeling system that works regardless of which algorithms are used.

LESS Triage Pocket is a functional pack that is attached with a strap around the waist and contains 10 reflective straps for four categories red [IMMEDIATE], yellow [URGENT], green [DELAYED] and gray striped [LIFELESS]. Mass Casualty Triage Basics Mass casualty triage is a system for quickly assessing and categorizing casualties based on the severity of their injuries, to prioritize medical treatment and save as many lives as possible.

Triage tags help identify patients, and continuous reassessment is essential to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Categories may vary depending on triage system used, but common triage categories usually include a variation of the following:
