SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES

s part of our commitment to reducing our impact on the environment, we have implemented a number of initiatives that we are excited to share with you.

Firstly, we are proud to announce that our hotel has gone plastic-free! We have adopted sustainable alternatives and are thrilled to announce we have nearly eliminated single-use plastics all together throughout the property. We have also introduced a paperless initiative across all departments, minimizing our carbon footprint and reducing waste.

Our in-room amenities are now packaged in a sustainable way and are sourced locally, further reducing our environmental impact. Additionally, we use eco-friendly detergents for all housekeeping activities and our hotel fragrance is created in collaboration with a multi-generational perfumer family in the UAE.

To further reduce our impact on the environment, you may have noticed we use wooden entry cards for our rooms and have installed motion detectors to control public lighting, minimizing our electricity consumption. Our eco-friendly temperature controls in the rooms also ensure only a minimal carbon footprint.

Our culinary team is committed to sourcing local products whenever possible, and our chefs have created locally sourced oil and flavored salts called "Taste of Andaz", keep an eye out for these special items next time you walk through El Boutique. At our hotel, we believe that sustainability is not just a buzzword, but a way of life.
