OXCON Systems offers high compressive strength with little to no downtime while providing a long-lasting solution to aging concrete. Under the Wet Track abrasion testing, our product shows no scuffing or wear. During the Loaded Wheel testing, we show no displacement or rutting.

Normal tire traffic will never wear out this surface.

OVERVIEW The City of Dallas, renowned for its vibrant community and continuous growth, constantly strives to uphold a standard of excellence in infrastructure to match its reputation. In our latest endeavor to maintain and enhance the city's roadway networks, we partnered with OXCON Systems, a trailblazer in the domain of concrete resurfacing based out of Wichita, KS. Using advanced polymer-modified concrete overlays, we embarked on a substantial project to resurface numerous streets across our beloved city. This venture elevates the quality and longevity of our streets and reflects our commitment to adopting cost-effective and environmentally sustainable practices.

BRIDGE DECK RESTORATION STEP 1 SHOTBLAST SURFACE

STEP 2 CLEAN SURFACE USING POWER NOZZLE

STEP 3 USING CRACK SUPPRESSION AND POLY SYNTHETIC VINYL MESH INSTALL OVER ACTIVE CRACKS

STEP 4 INSTALL BASE LAYER OF OXCON CONCRETE RESURFACER TO PROVIDE AN EVEN PROFILE

STEP 5 FINISH SURFACE BY USING SPRAY SYSTEM TO INSTALL THE FINAL LAYER.
