1972
IT STARTED IN ANDALE Jim and Cindy Molitor founded Andale Ready Mix, Inc. in Andale, Kansas. For 28 years, the company served local residents with dependable ready-mix concrete and a commitment to doing the job right.
A NEW GENERATION 2000 100+ Their sons, Pete and Bill Molitor, took over Andale Ready mix and continued building on the strong foundation their parents established.

The brothers brought Andale Ready Mix to Wichita, Kansas, meeting the growing demand for quality concrete and expanding the city’s reach.
Seeing a need for experienced, quality-driven paving contractors, Andale Ready-Mix founded Andale Construction.
Andale Construction has grown from a small Kansas ready-mix operation to a nationally recognized, award-winning contractor specializing in RCC, cement soil stabilization, and earthwork.

As an alternative to standard soil stabilization practices, AndaleSlurry takes cement and catapults it into the future of construction by increasing the compressive strength of native soils, decreasing the plasticity index, and reducing permeability.

SAFER PROJECTS START WITH SAFER SOLUTIONS Andale Slurry offers a cleaner alternative to dry cement spreading for soil stabilization. Our direct-injection and top-dressing methods reduce airborne cement dust, helping limit exposure for crews, nearby residents, and neighboring businesses.

HOW WE BUILD IT. WHERE IT PERFORMS. OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS RIP The process begins by opening the native soil with heavy-duty rippers, creating pathways for direct slurry injection. This allows the cement slurry to penetrate the treatment depth rather than remain surface-applied, improving distribution and consistency throughout the stabilized subgrade.
INJECT
Cement slurry is injected directly into the opened native soil, providing precise, metered control over material placement throughout the treatment area. Direct injection also eliminates airborne cement dust while promoting more uniform distribution before mixing.
MIX A high-performance Wirtgen soil reclaimer thoroughly mixes the cement slurry with the native soils, creating a homogeneous blend suitable for heavy-duty paving while reducing the need to remove and import additional base material.
COMPACT A sheep's foot roller compacts the blended material from the bottom up, increasing density and helping meet the required compaction per the engineer’s specifications.
GRADE A motor grader brings the stabilized material to final elevation and establishes the specified cross slope and profile, creating a smooth, uniform surface ready for final rolling.
ROLL A smooth drum roller completes the process by sealing and tightening the surface, removing minor imperfections and leaving a dense, uniform base ready for paving.

ROLLER COMPACTED CONCRETE (RCC) CONCRETE STRENGTH PAVING EFFICIENCY Roller-compacted concrete (RCC) is a stiff, low-water concrete mixture placed with a high-density paver and compacted with vibratory rollers. Typically installed without forms or reinforcing steel, RCC reduces labor and material needs while delivering concrete strength and durability. Its efficient placement makes it well suited for distribution centers, industrial yards, and other large paved areas carrying heavy trucks and equipment.

Explore DustKut, OXCON Systems, ACEiT, Silo City, and HA5 Asphalt Preservation to find the right solution for your job.
DustKut is a plant-based, chloride-free alternative to traditional dust suppressants such as magnesium chloride. Designed for unpaved roads, stadiums, large parking areas, feed-yards, and more, one application can provide up to 30 days of dust control while using up to 99% less water than standard water-truck dust suppression. It’s easy to apply with equipment you already own—no specialized heavy machinery required.
Silo City LLC makes dry bulk storage more flexible with mobile vertical cement silos built for demanding job-sites. Its trailer-mounted systems and engineered steel base eliminate for a crane or permanent concrete pad. Designed to store and move cement, fly ash, lime, and other dry materials, the silos help crews reduce setup time and keep material flowing. Save on space and time with our simultaneous charge and discharge. Lease, lease-to-own, and purchase options let you choose what fits your project. HA5™ High Density Mineral Bond helps preserve asphalt roads before oxidation leads to costly deterioration. Its durable, aggregate-rich coating helps protect the asphalt binder from UV exposure and moisture, extending pavement life. For streets and other paved surfaces, HA5 offers an alternative to traditional seal coats, chip seals, and microsurfacing—helping communities get more life from the roads they already have.
OXCON Systems offers an alternative to replacing worn concrete. Its engineered micro overlay bonds to existing pavement, creating a durable new wearing surface over areas affected by spalling, scaling, and general wear. Designed for roads, parking areas, bridge decks, warehouses, and other demanding sites, OXCON helps protect concrete from water, UV exposure, and deicing chemicals. It’s a practical way to extend pavement life while reducing the disruption of a full replacement.
Air Capitol Materials is our Wichita sand and aggregate plant, supplying materials for construction, roads, landscaping, and more. We offer a range of sand, gravel, rock, dirt, and topsoil for commercial and residential projects. With KDOT- and ASTM-spec materials, laboratory quality control, and delivery options, our team helps you get the right product to your jobsite when you need it.
ACEiT Industries makes concrete admixtures and finishing aids designed to help crews place and finish challenging mixes. Its products improve workability and help manage set time in applications such as rollercompacted and low-slump concrete. ACEiT Blue helps retain surface moisture and extends the finishing window when heat, wind, or dry conditions make finishing more difficult. Together, these solutions give crews more control from batching through the final finish.
