PROJECT Over the course of several months, our dedicated teams diligently worked on resurfacing many streets across Dallas. The project entailed the application of OXCON Systems’ cutting-edge concrete resurfacing technology, which serves as a superior alternative to the conventional tear-out and replace method. The state-of-the-art polymer-modified concrete overlays provided by OXCON Systems now serve as an additional wearing surface on our roads, significantly extending their lifespan while promoting solar reflectivity.

Utilizing advancements in PCMO’s (Polymer Composite Micro Overlays), our surfacer ensures your aging and degrading concrete will get the most use of its life. Unlike traditional methods, we do not require lengthy and costly demolition of your surfaces. Our product offers COOL PAVEMENT TECHNOLOGY, drastically reducing the heat island effect while providing a long-lasting, COST-EFFECTIVE method of concrete resurfacing.

OXCON PERFORMANCE

OXCON Systems offers high compressive strength with little to no downtime while providing a long-lasting solution to aging concrete. Under the Wet Track abrasion testing, our product shows no scuffing or wear. During the Loaded Wheel testing, we show no displacement or rutting.

Normal tire traffic will never wear out this surface.

The SRI calculation is used to estimate the surface temperature of the product under prescribed conditions. High SRI values like OXCON’S 47 SRI index indicates COOLER products. In our latest endeavor to maintain and enhance the city's roadway networks, we partnered with OXCON Systems, a trailblazer in the domain of concrete resurfacing based out of Wichita, KS.
