The red string that links all these five stories is the creation of origamis. At the end of each story there are instructions for kids to make them. Suddenly in the town there is silence, there is no presence of humans, no car speeding through traffic, the streets are empty. Only animals continue their life as always, but soon they realize this silence and the strange absence of humans. They discover the reason: a dark shadow is threatening the humans who are forced to stay home and not to leave anymore, because otherwise they would be taken away. Will humans be able to return to their normal lives? Or will animals always be masters of the desert town?
