The company's latest achievement is Anchors Marina at Lake Oconee, a 300-slip dry stack facility that reached full occupancy within nine months of its launch. Inspired by the success of this marina, co-founders Lauren and Josh Sprayberry initiated the development of The Len Resort & Residences, driven by feasibility studies indicating a demand surpassing what is currently met by the Ritz Carlton at Lake Oconee.
