ORIENTAL

FUSION TSUBO-NIWA (Japanese-inspired courtyard garden by Paul Boyce and Eileen Sung)

Step into serenity with this beautifully balanced garden, inspired by the traditional Japanese tea garden and the concept of tsubo-niwa—tiny courtyard gardens designed to reflect the changing seasons. Created to echo the small, shady outdoor spaces of modern homes, this tranquil space blends Japanese design principles with contemporary living, offering a peaceful retreat perfect for quiet reflection.

CAFRE WALLED GARDEN 25

Celebrate 25 years of horticultural excellence with CAFRE’s tribute to the historic Walled Garden at their Greenmount Campus. This show garden honours the rich heritage of the 1801-built garden, famous for its formal structure, colourful borders, and unique features such as a knot garden, maze, and a bronze sculpture. Originally revitalised as part of a landmark public-private partnership, this garden is a living testament to craftsmanship, education, and the enduring beauty of classic garden design.
