Everest has long fascinated mountaineers and adventurers as the ultimate climbing destination— the highest point on Earth that ‘must be reached’.

Kenton Cool, the record-holder for the most summits (18) by a non-Sherpa, presents a new show that takes audiences on a captivating journey through the highs and lows of summit attempts on this magnificent mountain. Bring your fellow adventurers along and prepare to be inspired by Kenton’s incredible stories and experiences!

Rock Choir Northern Ireland come together for one incredible night in aid of Dementia NI

Circle Time Studios Presents: Japanese Avant-Garde Pioneers Kai - Evolution

The 1960s in Japan marked a period of social upheaval and artistic innovation. Avant-garde pioneers emerged, transforming photography with the “Are, Bure, Boke” style, led by Moriyama Daid and Provoke magazine. Araki redefined bondage, while Hosoe Eikoh celebrated the male form.

Terayama Shuji’s surreal theatre, Yokoo Tadanori’s graphic designs, and Tanaami Keiichi’s Pop-Art vision flourished. Butoh founders Hijikata Tatsumi and Ohno Kazuo revolutionised dance, leaving a lasting impact on Japan’s cultural landscape.

Strictly Theatre Co. and Rock You Productions present Kai - Evolution, a thrilling new dance tour featuring Strictly Come Dancing star Kai Widdrington.

After his stunning performances on the BBC show, Kai is ready to showcase his exceptional talent with a fun-filled performance at Theatre at The Mill.

TICKETS

All advertised theatre ticket prices include a £1.50 booking fee. Online tickets can be printed at home, or posted. (A £1 fee is applied for postage). Tickets for all shows will be accepted from all mobile devices. Any change to existing bookings will be subject to an additional £1.50 admin fee per booking.

CONCESSIONS

Where applicable, concession rates are identified as part of the ticket price for a show and are available to students, under 18s, over 60s, unwaged and registered disabled. Proof of status is required before entry to show.

RESERVATIONS

Tickets can be reserved for a maximum of five days, all reserved tickets must be paid for in full five days prior to the performance date. Tickets not paid for by this time will be released for sale.

GROUP BOOKINGS

If you are a group of friends, family, or work colleagues or even a school of 10 or more a group discount may be available. Group bookings can only be arranged by contacting the box office on: 0300 123 7788.

REFUNDS

Please note we are unable to offer refunds except in the event of a cancelled performance.

The personal details required to administer your booking will be securely stored by the theatre in compliance with the data protection act. Please inform us if you do not wish to receive theatre information.

EXCHANGES

Tickets may be exchanged for seats of the same or higher value for a performance of the same production up to 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges are strictly subject to availability. A handling fee of £2 will be charged per transaction. All original tickets must be produced in person before an exchange can be processed. Transaction fees will be retained in the event of an exchange or refund (where applicable).

ACCESSIBILITY

Theatre at The Mill is fully accessible and includes wheelchair accessible seating, Sennheiser infra-red hearing system compatible with induction loop system, baby changing facilities and lift access.

The Old Courthouse, A key priority at The Old Courthouse is the provision of physical and sensory access for audiences, visitors and performers with disabled access control, disabled lift and accessible toilet facilities.

BABES IN ARMS

THE THEATRE EXPERIENCE

Please arrive on time, latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted into the auditorium. All patrons must hold a ticket for entry into the auditorium.

Food and drink may be admitted into the auditorium. Check with staff for details.

The use of cameras, video and tape recording equipment is not permitted in the theatre without prior permission from management.

How to get here

The Old Courthouse is located at Market Square in the heart of Antrim town centre. The building is located within a pedestrian priority zone with the main approach on foot along lower High Street or alternatively from the Castle Mall car park near to Castle Way. There are a number of car parking options close by including the Castle Mall car park, on-street parking along High Street (restricted during daytime hours) and a public car park on the Lough Road accessed via Halls Bridge/Sixmilewater boardwalk.

East Coast Artists Celebration of Community

East Coast Sketchers is a vibrant collective of artists from Larne who meet regularly to sketch, paint, and inspire each other. The group is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages and are wholly inclusive of all visual forms of artwork.

This exhibition was organised and curated before Richard Croft’s passing earlier this year. The focus is on drawing and how it was central to his art practice for over 70 years to sketch, record and develop compositions for paintings and prints. A number of drawings with their corresponding paintings and prints are brought together for the first time for this exhibition.
