Indego® Service Programs Service and Preventive Care from Your Indego Experts To maintain optimum performance of your Indego product, it requires annual preventive maintenance by certified Indego Service Technicians. Every Indego device comes with a two-year limited warranty and includes two complimentary preventive maintenance appointments after your first 12 and 24 months of ownership. At the expiration of the manufacturer warranty period, Parker offers its customers a choice between two annual service programs to keep their Indego equipment operating at peak performance: 1-Year Annual Maintenance Program *

12-Month Scheduled Preventive Maintenance by Parker • Freight & Shipping included • Free updates to Indego Software*
* Software updates do not include free delivery of new functionalities, i.e. new products or modules
• Loaner device(s) provided during service appointment at no cost • Free updates to the latest Indego features
Unplanned Maintenance & Service Coverage • Freight & shipping for all service & repair issues at no cost • Loaner devices supplied during service & repair at no cost • Repair, replacement components, and labour for unplanned device issues is included in program * Under the Annual Maintenance Program, the unplanned and repair service coverage is labour time and material (costs plus mark-up) plus shipping costs is charged to the Customer. A quote for the total repair service will be provided upon request from Customer.
Important
Once the program expires or a changeover to another service solution is made (e.g. Annual Maintenance Program), the Extended Warranty Program can no longer be purchased. Parker Hannifin Corporation reserves the right to direct a technician from the customer’s site on the phone to perform simple service tasks (e.g. run an air-walk test).
