A new workspace for the biggest gold mining company in the world. The office is located in Ghana at one of the newest office building in Accra. The project consists on the design of a hybrid workspace for the users.

A brand new Cafe from the Hawthorn Coffee chain from San Diego, CA. The project is part of the design of a brand new building that will be located in Kettner street. The design of the cafe reflects the integration of a new modern building with the coffee brand, taking the image of Hawthorn Coffee to another level.

Aluxury familly office located at Sunny Isles, FL. The office consists on a friendly user space with high end design for a colombian family owned business. The design was inspired on the elegant and simple personality of its owners.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE Clean lines and subdued color palate. Inspired by architectural details, formal simplicity, strong relations between the honest and genuine use of raw materials such as wood, concrete, fibers, and stone. A perfect blend of low-key luxury.

A space that offers a live and workspace with retail space where Venezuelan youth will be able to show what they are capable of to the community providing them the opportunity of developing their own business and becoming independent young adults. This project will represent the first building with a live | work concept in the country.

LOCATION
Valencia,Venezuela
Because of all its beuties and paradises, Venezuela is named by its people as “Tierra de Gracia” meaning land of grace. Venezuela has the highest uninterrupted waterfall in the world nad as “Kerepakupai Meru” meaning “Waterfall of the deepest place”, which is also knon as “The Angel Falls”. The waterfall is formed by the union of

four rivers and it is condired to be a plunge waterfall type having a fast moving water descending vertically and loosing contact with the rock making it the most dangerous waterfall in the world. It is very hard for Venezuelans to see their countries falling apart. With the youth leaving, Kerepakupai Meru is and inspiration for Venezuelans

to stay in the country representing the Beginning of something throughout the union of the people that are feeling fear for their future.

CONSEQUENCE Decrease of quality of public services in the country and the obstruction of evolution.

ORGANIZ ATION The space will be divided in three different categories that represent the path of the waterfall starting on the top with living areas and finishing on the retail space. Everything starts on the union formed by family and friends in the residence space which will be located from the 3rd floor to the top level. Going down is where everything starts having the workspace representing the beginning on the 2nd floor, Finally, the client attention is located on the 1st level, where the entrepreneurs will feel the emotion of having success.

The reception is the first space users will experience when then arrive. The space is composed by a reception desk with the logo of Tierra de Gracia. There’s also a directory table for the users to locate the current showrooms layout.

The floating offices are designed for the users to have the experience of prepare for the clients with the inspiration of the waterfall. The design presents a smoked glass that covers a quarter of the offices to give a sense of privacy with an acoustical panel on the back with the diagram of the concept.

This space is dedicated for the users to have the best presentation of their work. The structure of the conference room follows the concept having the feeling of being inside a waterfall. The structure is covered with acoustical felt to ensure the noise control in the space. the conference room is the focal point of the client meeting area.
The studios are open and flexible spaces for the users to wo the sitting can be easily re-arranged having the tables hang from the ceiling that represent the movement of the waterf The ceiling presents an acoustical system to ensure the no control of the space. The walls of the studios can be used pin ups and white boards.

A PA R T M E N T The apartments present an studio concept with a hanging bed that hides mechanically. The space is very flexible and easy to re-arrange. The apartment includes a kitchen with a dining set and furniture for living room that can be arrange when the bed is hidden.
