My customers, a four-member family, instructed me to design a building in which will accommodate their small business needs and a residence. Their four acres land located 30 kilometres out of Thessaloniki. The Greek regulations of construction does not allow more than 207sqm in the specific property. Family`s wish was to be clear, visually, which part of the building is their Garment factory and which part their residence and to be both ‘’seamless blended’’.
