My first and most important project... my graduation project.

Introduction to the project:

A four-star hotel located in Vietnam, offering many facilities, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a massage center, a karaoke center, and a casino. A restaurant serving international and Vietnamese food , With a floor area of 4610 square meters.

Construction highlights:

I chose it because it contains many different design ideas: a fungal slab, a rooftop pool, a dome for the restaurant, two basements, it was divided into three blocks. After designing, I evaluated the performance of one of the blocks using the nonlinear analysis method, the push-over method. With the help of the university's doctor, it was a wonderful research

Warehouse

Roofing and Support: Storehouses often feature sturdy roofing systems supported by steel trusses or other load-bearing structures. This design allows for large clear-span spaces, optimizing storage capacity and logistics within the facility.

Foundation and Flooring: The structural integrity of a storehouse begins with a robust foundation designed to bear the weight of stored goods. Reinforced concrete flooring is common, providing durability and load-bearing capacity for heavy inventory.

CATWALK

We designed several catwalks for one of the factories in the UAE, taking into account the fulfillment of the columns, beams, and handles elements with the least possible sections, and verifying the fit using the Robot program.
