Extra Bed Policy
•Deluxe Garden & Balcony : Maximum 2 persons per room (adults or children aged 4 years and above) plus 1 infant (below 4 years) sharing the existing bed. Extra bed is not possible to provide in these room categories. Baby cot is available.
•Deluxe Terrace, One-Bedroom Suite & One-Bedroom Villa: Maximum 3 persons per room including children. Either 1 extra bed or 1 baby cot available.
•Two-Bedroom Villa: Maximum 5 persons per villa including children. Either 1 extra bed or 1 baby cot available.
•Three-Bedroom Villa: Maximum 7 persons per villa including children. Either 1 extra bed or 1 baby cot available.
•Royal Villa: Maximum 3 persons per villa including children. Either 1 extra bed or 1 baby cot available.
Extra beds are charged at AED 240 per night, inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT, 3 .5% Tourism Fee and 2% Municipality Fee. Baby cot is free of charge and upon request and availability.
Children’s Policy
Children up to 4 years of age receive a complimentary breakfast . Children aged 5 - 11 years will be charged 50% for breakfast . Children aged 12 years and above will be charged as adults.
Extra adult’s policy
Additional adult (aged 12 years and above) will be charged AED 420 per night per person inclusive of breakfast, extra bed, 10% Service Charge, and 5% VAT, 3 .5% Tourism Fee and 2% Municipality Fee.
