TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Pre-booking is required for all activities
• Timings might be subject to changes.
• All prices are in UAE Dirham and include all applicable service charges, local fees and taxes.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and all children younger than two years are free of charge.
• Children between the ages of 2 and 11 years old are charged at our child rates.
• Guests 12 years and above will be charged at our adult rates.
• Please see the activities desk and a confirmation form for full terms and conditions of participation.
• Activities are subject to availability and weather conditions and may be cancelled or changed at short notice.
• Activity duration starts from hotel pick-up until hotel drop-off.
• Maximum age limit is based on physical abilities.
• All activities will be conducted in shared Vehicle
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Morning activities should be cancelled before 7.30 pm the night before.
• Afternoon activities should be cancelled before 12.00 pm on the same day.
• In case of any no-shows or last-minute cancellations cancellation fees will be charged to your room.
• Any changes in number of participants should be advised according to the above cancellation policy.
