Booking policies
• To book your activity, enquire at the activity desk or dial the extension 8622 between 9.00 am - 9.00 pm.
• Bookings must be made and confirmed in advance. Confirmation will be given 2 hours prior
• Activities are subject to availability due to weather conditions and may be canceled on short notice if safety or operational issues arise.
• Activity duration is from hotel pick up to drop off and may vary depending on weather conditions.
• Please note that it is not permissible to take part in activities during pregnancy.
• Children below 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Night Activities (Long pants & closed shoes are required)
Cancellation policies
• Morning activity: must be cancelled by 8:30 pm on the night before.
• Afternoon activity: must be cancelled by 12:00 noon on the same day.
• For no show and last-minute cancellation, full price of the activity will be charged.
*All prices are in UAE Dirham and are inclusive of all applicable service charges, local fees and taxes. Maximum age limit is based on physical abilities.
