he main objective of project i.e., Research Analysis and building working models based upon Financial Modelling, Capital Budgeting and Decision Criteria for spaces to be provided. I have gained knowledge and understand the work
culture of the organization under the coworking space sector and even learned the various aspects and prepared financial models based upon analysed factors such as area pricing maintenance cost, labour cost, market acceptable price etc. Taking regular feedback from the clients to give them the best service possible and resolve any query if there is, is of utmost importance. I have also even studied guidelines for Disbursement of Seed Fund to Start-ups by Incubators, government policies and perks for incubation centers for detailed knowledge. Looking at the current market trend coworking sector is booming and the people are looking for a more feasible workplace and especially when talking about Hyderabad the demand is continuously increasing in which the Make In India campaigns, Start-up India campaigns plays a big role. To fulfil this demand and bridge the gap between demands and supply our company is looking to set up a place in Hyderabad and Pune. I have done the analysis with the help of telephonic conversation and virtual meetings with Pune Experts, Property Dealers, Architects and Builders, collecting the data from the internet, inputs from operations team and studied the existing coworking spaces, prices, services they provide and what is the clients demand. Then the Financial Models were prepared accordingly. I have also learned how to file tax invoices, GST and TDS returns and analyse financial statements and handled all the aspects practically as well. I have even organized and managed events happening in Octo Spaces. Additionally, exploring my creative side prepared various promotional posters, videos and handled social media handles related to the organization to increase the reach and gain more and more client. my role revolved around ideating new features for the app, prototyping them, testing them and pushing them to development once approved. The company being very young in age & experience had no standard operating processes, teams, hierarchies defined; navigating through the chaos was very challenging in the beginning. But as the internship progressed, all of the interns were able to collectively agree upon & setup various guidelines for collaboration, escalation matrices etc. which gave the workplace a lot of structure and stability. With respect to my role & responsibilities, having no experienced product manager in our team to guide me on the day-to-day activities certainly caused some confusion in the beginning. But it also allowed me enough freedom to plan my own work and how I approach my deliverables making me a better performer.

JUNIOR’S BYTES
Life at IBS During this online environment, we all were skeptical at first whether the college will be able to keep up with the learning and challenging life that MBA offers. And after 2 months, we can say without a doubt IBS Hyderabad has exceeded all our expectations, be it the studies or the Co-curricular activities they have kept us on our toes from the beginning of the session. Club activities are an integral part of IBS Hyderabad and in spite of a hectic academic schedule they have been very engaging with all kind of events and competitions taking place. And the most interesting part is that all these clubs are run by several student bodies who manage all the activities. All the faculty members are highly qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. The course curriculum is very much aligned with the needs and demands of the industry. About IBS Analytics Club Coming from the diverse background, those who were interested in data research and analysis, applied for the IBS Analytics Club. The club has different verticals like marketing, operations, digital, events, matrix, editorial, networking and PR. The club interviews here are very unique testing our all-round abilities to check whether we will be a good fit in the club or not. Same happened here, the Interview process was well managed and time schedule was strictly followed. First round was a Q&A session with the seniors and along with it a task was given to us based on the vertical we were interested in, Matrix (Research Vertical) were given a task of writing an article to showcase that whether they have the qualities to be a researcher, similarly Marketing Vertical were given a task of making a unique poster and so on. After getting selected for the second round, we were one step closer to being a part of Analytics family, the second round was the most unique round of all, where we were given a situation and from which we were supposed to make a storyline. It was an activity being shared between five people and we all were supposed to make our own story impromptu

and whenever asked were supposed to continue someone else’s story as well. After this a group discussion round was conducted in which each group was given a topic which was completely uncommon. These rounds tested our creativity, communication skills and group co-ordination. The third round was a technical cum HR based interview about the field we were interested in, and were asked questions related to Business Analytics and our first-round task. The complete scenario of the interview was just like a real-life interview where our communication skills, confidence and knowledge were tested. After being selected we were given a welcome induction by our seniors and club mentor Prof. Vaibhav Sekhar. After this ceremony we were assigned into our desired verticals. We all were assigned different tasks to be completed in a given deadline and were assigned mentors to help us complete the task with full adherence to the rules and regulations. These tasks help us to learn how to work on different tools which contributes to our overall learning process. The seniors are very helpful and are always ready to help us in any ways possible, be it in our academics or our doubts related to skills which needed to be developed along with our academics.
