Harvard Park Pre School Isleworth July Newsletter 2013. News from the Managers Nicki and Tracey – – Last day of term is FRIDAY 19TH JULY – WEEK OF 8TH TEDDY BEARS/SPORTS ACTIVITY WEEK – this means bring in teddies and wear sensible shoes/trainers all week please. WEEK OF 15TH LEAVERS PARTY AND CONCERT WEEK – fancy dress on set days, name on food lists and to swap days so younger children do not take part in the concert on the Thursday (their turn will be next year)!! PLEASE MAKE A POINT OF READING ALL LETTERS THAT COME HOME AND ALSO READ NOTICE BOARDS. Thank You
Rani, Jeanna and NatalieSue and Rosa – Natalie, Seema and Marilyn-. In the next week or so children who will be leaving us will receive their Learning Journals to go home, we hope that you will enjoy looking through them with your children and families to see what a lovely experience Harvard Park Pre School is. We would love you to tell your family and friends about us!!!! The staff suggests that if you want your children to have breakfast they need to be in early as we do clear away for 9.00am. Lunch time children who book full days and require lunch if you are due in and don’t ring to inform us that your child is sick you will be charged as normal for the lunches so please be aware if you will be staying in September and we will be invoicing for lunches separately up front per half term. This year registration cards have not been used as they should be!!! – once your child has settled it is a case of your child finding their registration card and you dropping at the door and the children putting their cards on their education boards – next term on your child’s return we will be quite strict on doing this once your child has settled back into Pre School after a long break.
Parents/Carers who bring their children/child to school in a pushchair please could you fold it up and place it in the pushchair area as this is for health and safety. It was lovely to see so many using scooters this term when the weather changed, this is so good for their physical development but we do understand for those of you who live a distance and have to cross busy roads. To avoid upset or confusion everything should be clearly labelled with your child’s name. Also remember once you collect your child from their groups they are your responsibility so DO NOT let them push the door handle to let themselves out. ADULTS ONLY!!!!!! We would like to wish ‘Happy Birthday’ to Jeanna, Alfie, Nafeesa, Angad, Ruby, Daniel and Emaan July Birthdays and celebrations and because we are not here in August an early Happy Birthday wish for Rani and Kamilla. We would like to thank you for all your support this past year with all our new changes and not having a full time Deputy but we will feel as Managers this year you know us quite well now. Can parents please join our Facebook site as we are trialling our news letters on our new site to save our trees! We will of course print of a few copies to those parents who do not have access to a computer. We will also display a copy on our parents table.
Please could parents/ carers bring in fruit so we can share it during our snack time.
