DECEMBER 2025

Year in Reflection & A Bright New Beginning

As December begins and 2025 draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on the very busy year that’s been—a year of growth, learning, and resilience. This is a time to celebrate every step forward. Each season brought its own challenges and triumphs, and together we’ve navigated them with creativity and determination.

We continuously strive to improve whether we are maintaining the property, planning or launching new improvements, monitoring projects in motion, improving operations, and the resident experience.

The holiday season reminds us not only to look back, but also to look ahead. The start of a new

year is a blank page—an opportunity to set fresh goals, embrace change, and continue building on the foundations we’ve laid. It’s a moment for gratitude: for the people who have supported us, the lessons that have shaped us, and the experiences that have made us stronger.

As we move into 2026, let’s carry forward the spirit of connection, kindness, optimism, energy, and purpose. May the coming year bring new opportunities, meaningful moments, and reasons to celebrate, both big and small.

From all of us at The Marbella, thank you for being part of our journey this year. We wish you a joyful holiday season and a prosperous, inspiring new year. Here’s to new beginnings, renewed energy, and continued success in 2026!

Warm wishes,

As the Board of Directors at The Marbella at Pelican Bay, we would like to request that you show your gratitude to the staff who diligently work hard to ensure that living at The Marbella is wonderful and service meets the highest quality standards. The Board of Directors for The Marbella at Pelican Bay and The Cove keeps this tradition going.

The Marbella’s and The Cove’s fabulous staff have taken advantage of every opportunity to engage with members.

The Association’s Rules & Regulations do not authorize tipping in any way, which is why we encourage residents to make a monetary donation to the annual Holiday Fund. These funds will be distributed to staff and service personnel. We have over eighty employees, including The Cove staff.

We respectfully request your generous participation. The amount of your gift is a personal decision. The Board is recommending a minimum of $500.00 per residence.
