In deep appreciation, we the class of 1979, would like to dedicate our book.

“TO THE PEOPLE Going to Mount Saint Ursula has meant many things. Classes we enjoyed and some we didn’t, typewriters, chemistry labs and books, rules and regulations, bells — some that said we were late, some that had us going out for fire drills, and some we still haven’t figured out ........ To some, our high school seemed to be a massive building on 330 Bedford Park, Blvd.

To others it meant getting up early and fighting the subway to get to the first period on time. All this has been part of the Mount and yet there was always something more, the people who made up the school. There have been differences in the people we have met at Mount: interested and noninterested, future scientists and future philosophers, easy teachers and hard teachers, protestors and those who didnâ€™t protest, those who liked school, those who didnâ€™t. It is with this in mind that we, the class of 1979, dedicate this yearbook. To the people: those we have met, and those we have yet to meet.
