What did we learn on improving services?

Impossible to improve travel time for every road user but not every road user is up for the most quickest route!

What did we learn on improving services?

Approximately one third of the advices provided by the automotive industry/service providers has been accepted by users

•

Impact of interactive traffic management depends on: – Follow up rate of the end users

– Number of road users present at the specific link – Number of serviceproviders in the collaboration

What did we learn on public-private collaboration?

1. Start with an equal position and build TRUST 2. Put the road user central and focus on the WIN-WINWIN for all parties involved 3. Is there a BUSINESS MODEL for the private parties?

4. Agree on STANDARDS 5. Learn each other’s LANGUAGE
