Vervolgens begeven we ons naar de moderne badkamer. De indeling bestaat uit een douche, ligbad, wastafelmeubel, toilet en een radiator. Naast de badkamer ligt nog een separaat toilet met een fonteintje.

Via de woonkamer komt u op het overdekte balkon op het westen. Het balkon is volledig betegeld en biedt meer dan genoeg ruimte om een comfortabel zitje neer te zetten waar u optimaal van het buitenleven én het uitzicht geniet!
