First@Day school It is with open arms and high expectations that we welcomed back our students for the academic year 2019 – 2020. The atmosphere in the school has been one of excitement, anticipation, and a willingness to get started with yet another fun-filled year of learning. A few select members of staff caught some wonderful moments on camera, of students greeting one another, having fun, and enjoying class time with their teachers. All in all, it has been a wonderful start to the year, with teachers and staff alike delighted to greet new and returning students.

AMSI Alumnus, Class of 2008 It was a pleasure to have the notable alumnus Alya Didier as our special guest for this year’s Academic Awards Ceremony. Alya shared the unique features of her personal and professional life with our youth and encouraged them to develop leadership skills and positive engagement with the community in order to better shape their future. Alya currently works with GE Healthcare in Dubai as a Consultant. Alya wished all graduates the very best in their future endeavors and encouraged them to remain optimistic, while always remembering to “Aim high and steer through”.

NATIONAL DAY Academic Year 2019-2020

The UAE flag is a symbol of national pride and happiness as it brings everyone together in a celebration of our unity. Flag Day is a wonderful opportunity for schools to reflect on national values and heritage of this great Nation in our students’ young hearts. Students marched to the school’s playground smiling and waving the UAE flag. There was excitement and anticipation as the UAE flag was raised at 11 o’clock and all students sang the national anthem to express their patriotism.
