Every year, medical rehabilitation professionals across the country come together for several days of educational programs to learn how to increase their productivity and facilitate better care for the patients they serve – and this year will be no different!

About the Virtual Conference In addition to the IRF boot camp, medical directors’ symposium, concurrent educational tracks, and plenary sessions, the virtual conference will offer plenty of unique opportunities for attendees to network and socialize. The conference will feature a virtual exhibit hall and sponsorship packages, which will allow your company to expand market reach, grow brand awareness, network with leaders in medical rehabilitation, learn about customers, and connect with a target audience of people who use and purchase your products and services.

What to Expect The virtual exhibit hall platform offers many of the same opportunities to connect with attendees as an in-person conference, with longer exhibitor hours. Each exhibitor will have a booth within the virtual exhibit hall that will be branded with your company logo. Within your exhibit booth, you will be able to include a company profile, contact information, links to your website, and promotional materials for download. Each exhibitor will be able to upload a video highlighting your products, services, and message.

Within the virtual platform, we will host a scavenger hunt to encourage attendees to visit booths in the hopes of winning prizes offered by AMRPA. Through conversations with your representatives, attendees can answer questions to earn points and enter the raffle. Additionally, you can host individual raffles among attendees that visit your booth, similarly to our in-person meetings. To achieve these types of conversations in a virtual environment, our platform offers a messaging feature for attendees to chat live with a representative from your company. In addition to the chat option, we will facilitate face-to-face conversations between you and attendees for further discussions and product demos.
