RESIDENTIAL TRU is mostly working with residential and commercial projects locally. There are number of residential projects that we are working with include Single stories, double stories, Detached house, apartment type houses, Town houses and Condominium houses ect.. We have completed plenty of projects including newly construction projects as well as renovation projects. We are working with number of architects and material suppliers to get the right design and the prices based on the current market conditions.

INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES Structural building are incorporated mainly with structural steel and we are basically expert with the material calculation and pricing. We have a separate department for structural steel calculation and mainly include factories and warehouses. These structures are for certainly for storing, manufacture process ect. therefore, need large spaces to accommodate massive machines or equipment, as well as a large number of workers. These buildings may therefore require high ceilings for heavy machinery, large rooms with good ventilation, and anything else that would make it easier to address safety matters.

RESTAURANTS Restaurants are not only the places that customers come to eat. They also project a total brand experience, where customers spend 30 to 90 minutes to get away from their daily routines and enjoy a different atmosphere. As such, a restaurant’s branding is important, and a good designer, architect, or contractor is instrumental to its success. INTRODUCTION ABOUT TEAM Overview And Experience

Thilini is a Diploma holder and experienced Quantity Surveyor who has almost 16 years’ experience in Marketing, Finance, and Project Management including her specialization with Quantity Surveying and Cost Planning where she got experienced in Sri Lanka and the Middle East. Thilini is handling all the branches globally specially the Sri Lanka branch and the Qatar branch.

She is expert with all the financial aspects of all the projects and the human resource management at TRU Quantity Surveyors. She is undertaking a challenging position in the organization with her higher capability of project planning experience Thilini Ranepura where she makes a real contribution to the organization. She is Director determining and implementing policies and making decisions of all the aspects of company developments. Thilini is completed her Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Building Economics in Sri Lanka and currently studying her Master of Business Administration for Construction and Real Estate at University College of Estate Management UK.

Upul started TRU Global Quantity Surveyors in January 2020.

He is in the industry for last 17 years And Upul is a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful person who is handling the full operation of the company. His intendent is to bring in-depth of his Quantity Surveying, Commercial Contracts and Project Management consultancy experience where he gained from the international platform. Upul is a great opportunistic, open-minded, and approachable person who is coordinating an managing his other two companies in New Zealand under TRU Upul Chandima Global Trust Pvt. Ltd. Upul is a well-driven businessman who Senior Quantity Surveyor owns TRU Global Education and Consultants pvt Ltd which is connected with TRU Global Quantity Surveyors international.

Upul is currently based in New Zealand and he is qualified with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying and Construction Management degree at Sheffield Hallam, UK and with a Higher National Diploma for Quantity Surveying and Building Economics. He has completed his Master of Construction Project Management at Massey University, New Zealand.

Yuliana is our marketing manager who recently join with TRU team in our New Zealand branch. She is a self-motivated team member who works collaboratively with all our clients to develop appropriate work ethics and execute excellent marketing communication. She is in the industry for last 10 years and develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

She has many experienced with sales and marketing representative with a demonstrated history of working in the construcYuliana Desta tion industry in New Zealand. She has working at The HongMarketing Manager kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in Indonesia for years as sales and marketing representative and her qualified with bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Marketing Management at Universitas Pelita Bangsa, Indonesia. Yuliana basically build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

Chanaka is currently undertaking all the Middle East project as he is based in Qatar. He is a young quantity surveyor who has a vast knowledge about measurements, preparation bill of quantities, subcontract payment, variations, and claims. He basically started his career from Sri Lanka and then have been worked at Saudi Arabia before he moved to Qatar. Chanaka is a Quantity surveying Diploma holder who is currently engaging to complete his Bachelor of Quantity Surveying and Construction Management degree in Sheffield Hallam University , UK. Chanaka is well talented Quantity Surveyor who is actively working with Chathurka Chanaka most pre contract departments and liaising with clients for price Quantity Surveor forecast and budgetary estimates. He is always interesting to Middle East Branch learn new ways to improve our services. He is one of our very supporting team member.

Amila is a creative professional graphic design expert at TRU Global Sri Lanka office, with more than five years of expertise creating impactful visual brand solutions for high – profile clients across numerous industry verticals.As a national certificate holder in computer graphic design at youth council Sri Lanka and a diploma holder in information technology at Esoft Sri Lanka and a NVQ Level 4 computer graphic designer at Sri Lanka youth, he is a well qualified, graphic design specialist in the industry. He was contracted by several companies to develop ad campaigns and graphics for their new products and Amila Laksitha soon he began receiving more requests for projects. His life Design manager long peruse in the quest for passion of creativity emerged at there. Up to date he engages in local basis but also in international being a prominent display through his inspirational visual communication skills.
