will want to watch their mailboxes for an upcoming survey from the school district this month. The Amery Board of Education is reaching out to gather input with a community-wide survey in preparation for a possible spring referendum. Survey results will be shared with all residents in order to develop a long-term plan to address school district needs. The Board of Education recognizes that this plan must reflect the priorities of taxpayers. Therefore, the district is urging all residents to participate in this important district-wide effort as they prepare to make important decisions. The survey will need to be completed and returned by Monday, November 28. Residents will receive a paper survey in the mail and can take the survey in two easy ways: ONLINE: Log on to www.survey2000.com and enter

Alternatively, complete the paper copy of the survey and return it to any Amery School office or mail it directly back to School Perceptions in the included envelope. “Our schools are a critical part of our community,” shares James Kuchta, District Administrator, “as we work to improve our schools, we want to ensure that they will meet the needs of our students and community, both now and in the future. Therefore, the voice of every resident is critical to this process.” Survey results will be presented at the Board of Education meeting on Monday, December 5 and will also be available on the district website at www.amerysd. k12.wi.us. Amery Junior Myron Marko says he’s always loved doughnuts. He remembers when he was younger, stopping by the bakery for a few before school. And who wouldn’t love them? They’re round, and shaped like zeroes, and taste…like heaven.

But are also wrapped up in the love life of their only brother (Elias Parish), who they suspect has ditched his sweet love (Laura Kastanek) for a snob
from the East Coast (Bethany Marquand). In the midst of interfering with their brother’s love life, their parents (Jakob Kastanek and Emma Curtis) announce that their father has accepted a job in New York and will be moving the family, and therefore missing the fair altogether.
