Daiwa ’ s Lance Pipes has a wide area of application in different smelters or other areas as below:
• Ceramic-coated aluminum pipe is an aluminum pipe with ceramic coating. This lance pipe is used by silicon metal producers to produce high-quality pure silicon metal grade for blowing oxygen in the liquid metal in the smelting furnace as they cannot use steel pipes here. In the case of the normal grade silicon metal, they can also use ceramic-coated MS lance pipe for economical savings.
• Heavy/Concrete lance pipe is a calorized lance pipe with thick/ heavy refractory coating. The thickness of refractory coating pipe is above 10mm while that of normal ceramic coating is only about 0.5mm. This product is sometimes used by smelters to inject inert air into non-ferrous liquid metal for refining purposes. The Calorized Concrete Lance pipe is characterized to withstand severe heat and high-temperature oxidative corrosion.
• CA Lance pipe is usually used in the Aluminum smelters for the injection of nitrogen into the furnace to produce/ smelt aluminum ingot.

• Thermic Lance pipes are generally used for cleaning purposes in some Aluminum plants. These pipes are also used in the Copper and Nickel smelters to drill the stoppage of metal flow or cleaning of spill over metals.
• SC Lance pipes are used in the Copper or Nickel smelters for tapping hole application as used in the blast furnace steel mills.
