THE BUYOUT THE INTIMATE TABLE THE WELLS & Lincoln
Featuring a brass-railed marble bar, four televisions for personalized audio and video, booth seating, bistro seating, and bar-top seating. Capacity for 200 people.
An intimate, personalized dinner for up to 15 people. Enjoy a private dinner with park views, bistro seating, and marble-top tables.
This space is located on the corner of Wells & Clark in our space. It can accommodate up to 120 people and will be blocked off for your private event.

cancellations
For every event, a $500 deposit is required, which will be applied to the final bill at the end of the event. This deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled less than 7 days prior to the event date. The deposit is necessary to secure your event date.
Outside decor
Outside decor is always welcome. We do not allow confetti on the premises and ask that all outdoor decor be delivered on the date of the event.
food & beverage
Serving options for each event include passed, buffet, or family style. Food choices must be determined 14 days prior to the event and finalized 7 days prior.
The credit card authorization form is required prior to securing the event date. The card will be used for any unresolved charges at the end of the event, and all event tabs must be settled before leaving the property.
CC Authorization Damage
Any damage to the property will be accessed post-event dates and a fee will be applied for an accrued damage during the event time and date.
Parking
Hotel Lincoln offers valet service for all guests at 1816 N Clark Street. Public parking is also available diagonally across from the property, just off of Lincoln Park at the intersection of LaSalle and Clark.
Guest Signature
Deposit & fees
A $500 deposit will be applied to all parties. This fee will be applied to your final bill at the conclusion of your event. A $200 rental fee is applied to full buyouts and the Wells & Lincoln spaces.
Any damage to the property will be accessed post-event dates and a fee will be applied for an accrued damage during the event time and date.
