Dear Moscow Flex Alumni, We will gather a steering committee of FLEX Alumni - younger and older, active and wanting-tobe active - to cooperate with American Councils FLEX Alumni program staff to design and organize the program. We seek a core group of 8-10 alumni ready to commit volunteer time to plan and organize this effort between June-November. As well, we will set up sub-committees to work on more specialized tasks, such as communications, PR, fundraising, and individual event organizing. For the November 1-3 weekend, we plan to gather 300+ FLEX alumni of all generations in Moscow to reconnect in celebration of the program’s achievements, including yours as FLEX alumni! Senator Bill Bradley, the FLEX program’s sponsor and informal “father”, has confirmed that he will join us, as has American Councils President Dr. Dan Davidson. Keynote and round tables with Inspirational Speakers Spaso House reception hosted by US Ambassador Michael McFaul (To be confirmed) Professional Networking Event Large Scale Community Service event in Moscow for Saturday a.m. November 2 Talent Show and Entertainment Moscow sightseeing for out-of-towners Exhibit of alumni activities over these 20 years Video conference with alumni gathered in other Eurasian cities
