PROJECT 01 THE 'CASE STUDY'

This project requires us to pick a tiny Asian home that does not exceed 30 sqm. Therefore, I chose Love2 House in Tokyo, which was designed by Takeshi Hosaka as Hosaka was able to provide space and amenities for the habits he and his wife enjoy most, including eating, reading, daily baths and listening to vinyl records, within the compact floor area. Hosaka also built two skylights which effectively bring soft sunlight into the house and filled it with brilliant sunshine like in a tropical country.

PROJECT 02 THE 'WALK OF LIFE'

Project 02 is where we explored Marang, Terengganu to understand the people's behaviour, the culture of the place, and the pattern and texture of the buildings. We learned about their lifestyle and studied how they survive especially after the pandemic. By interviewing the citizen in Marang, we are able to enhance our knowledge about human activities such as fishing, boat making, weaving, batik making etc.
