1. Credit Cards – All debit and credit card purchase transaction counts are added together to waive the monthly maintenance fee. Debit and credit card purchases must post and clear your account in order to be counted for the monthly maintenance fee waiver, and must be made within the past 30 days of your statement cycle. Credit cards subject to credit approval.

2. Online and Mobile Banking with Bill Pay: Mobile banking is included at no cost from Amegy Bank. Requires download of Amegy Bank App from the Apple® App Store, Google Play®, or Samsung Galaxy® App Store. Message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply. Requires enrollment in Online banking. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Internet Banking Services Agreement. Some Online and Mobile features, including Bill Pay, may not extend to minors.

3. Mobile Check Deposit– Take a picture of your check deposit and submit through your mobile phone. Limits apply: see table “Mobile Check Deposit Limits” above.

Requires download of Mobile Banking App. 4. eDocuments – To avoid the Paper Statement Fee of $2, you must enroll in Online Banking, and opt your account out of receiving paper statements. You may opt to receive either electronic or paper account notices and tax documents at no additional cost. If multiple accounts are linked in a combined statement, you must have opted your primary account out of receiving paper statements.

5. Interest – Interest is calculated using the daily balance method. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the collected balance in the account each day. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is variable and may change after account is opened. Other fees may apply and may reduce earnings. Contact an Amegy banker for details.

6. Premium Rate Tier – Premium rate tiers are applied automatically to linked money market or savings accounts, CDs, and IRA accounts when the primary owner of the checking account is also an owner of the linked interest bearing account. Please see Consumer Deposit Rate Sheet for details.

7. Linked Account Benefit – Monthly maintenance fees are waived when the primary owner of the checking account is also an owner on the linked account.

8. Insufficient Funds (NSF) Fee: $35 per transaction posted against insufficient funds, whether the bank opts to pay or decline the transaction. See the applicable fee schedule for details. Extended Overdraft Fee (Overdraft Service Fee): $5 overdraft service fee applies. See the applicable fee schedule for details. Overdraft Protection: Optional overdraft protection services are available; subject to application and credit approval. Overdraft fees and applicable transfer fees may apply. See the Deposit Account Agreement and the applicable fee schedule for details.

9. Excessive Savings or Money Market Withdrawals – Federal banking regulations allow up to six (6) withdrawals by check, debit card, or pre-authorized, telephone, or computer transfer to another account or third party during a monthly statement cycle. However, you may make an unlimited number of withdrawals from your account in person, by ATM, or by mail.

10. Zelle® – Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use Zelle. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle. See your Zelle Payment Service Agreement for more details.
