Tony Basso, President, is a first-generation automobile dealer, operating in southeastern Utah since 1989. His auto career began as an independent dealer known as “Mad Man Basso’s”. Eventually, Basso purchased the Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealership located in Price, Utah. In 2007, it became Tony Basso GM. In 2008 and 2009, Moab Chevrolet and Moab Ford also joined the auto division. Basso currently operates 14 additional businesses in the area including radio stations, restaurants, a recreational and ATV dealership, rental car agencies, storage units, apartments and a real estate holding company. He has served on and chaired various local boards, is a past director for the Independent Auto Dealers of Utah and also was an Independent Quality Dealer of Utah.

Degree in 1988. After working in the engineering field for three years, he went to work for the Jerry Seiner Dealerships selling cars. After several years in sales management, Hemmersmeier became General Manager for Jerry Seiner and is now the President and Chief Executive of the Jerry Seiner dealerships and Christopher Imports. Hemmersmeier serves on several charitable boards.
RONALD CRUMP
Ronald Crump, Vice President, is a second-generation auto dealer. Crump started working at the family dealership when he was old enough to sweep floors. He put himself through college working various positions within the dealership. After graduating college, he left the auto business and worked at several aerospace firms ending up as Manager of International Contracts for a major international aerospace company. Upon realizing that flying overseas three or four times a month was not compatible with family life, he returned to the family auto business, buying out his father’s Pontiac Cadillac GMC dealership in 1996. In 2011, he acquired the Chevrolet and Buick franchises to become a full-line GM dealer. Crump has been active in many community organizations and boards and is involved in area charitable work.

Chris H. Wilson, Secretary/ Treasurer, from Wilson Ford Lincoln and Wilson Nissan, in Logan, UT, is a 3rd generation automobile dealer and has been in the car business for 34 years. He served as a Chapter
Tim Dahle, Third Vice President, is the owner, President and CEO of Tim Dahle Nissan Murray, Tim Dahle Nissan Sandy and Tim Dahle Infiniti. Dahle began his career as a lot boy, advanced from lube tech to salesman, F & I Manager to sales management, and onto General Manager, and then owner. He purchased Cline’s Nissan in Murray, Utah from his father, Cline Dahle in 1989. In 1993, Dahle purchased Cline’s Infinity, and in 1997, he opened the Nissan dealership in Sandy, Utah. Dahle has been Chairman of NADA 20 Group, and currently is a regional member of the National Dealer Advisory Board and the Utah Motor Vehicle Franchise Advisory Board. Dahle is Utah’s nominee for the 2014 Time Magazine Quality Dealer Award of the Year. CHRIS WILSON

President and a member of the legislative committee of the New Car Dealers Association prior to accepting the nomination as Secretary/Treasurer on the NCDA Board. An avid Utah State fan, Chris has served on the board of the USU Big Blue Club, and is a member of the Old Main Society and President’s Touch Down Club. But his most notable service was being the volunteer crossing guard in 6th grade, not to mention 7th grade class VicePresident. Chris and his wife, Kiersten, have a blended family of ten children, three of whom are currently the 4th generation in the Wilson Motor family, and 6 grandchildren, 5th generation in training.

Kirk Schneider, Auto Show Committee Member, graduated from the University of Utah in Business Management in 1981. In 1984, he went to work for Nate Wade. Since 1995, Schneider has been the owner and General Manager of Nate Wade Subaru. TONY DIVINO
Tony Divino is currently a member of the Auto Show Committee, as well as the past President of the Utah Auto Dealers Association. After graduating from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Divino went to work for ADP Dealer Services in Denver, Colorado. He later joined the Stevinson Group of dealerships transitioning into the automotive industry. Divino came back to Utah with Larry H. Miller and helped open Miller’s first Toyota dealership in Murray, Utah. After becoming General Manager of Larry H. Miller Toyota, Divino was promoted to Director of Operations for all of the various Miller dealerships. In 1988, he purchased Toyota of Ogden and served as the Utah Director of the Toyota Dealer Advertising Board for 13 years. Currently, Divino is the owner of Tony Divino Toyota/Scion in Riverdale, Utah. He is a board member of Prevent Child Abuse of Utah, as well as past President.
Divino also serves on the Weber School District Foundation Board and was past President of that association as well. He has been married to his wife, Cynthia, for 38 years and they are the parents of three beautiful daughters. BRENT BROWN
Brent Brown, Auto Show Committee Member, became Utah County’s Toyota Dealer in 1999 and has since served on Toyota’s National Dealer Council as well as President of the Utah Auto Dealers Association. Brent Brown Toyota has received the Toyota President’s award and has been recognized as one of Utah County’s top three companies to work for. It has aslso been selected as Utah County’s favorite auto dealer for several years. Brown was awarded the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2004 and has been a champion of children’s education in Utah County, raising over a million dollars for the Provo School District Foundation.
2015 Hall of Fame Inductees The New Car Dealers of Utah will induct three local industry legends into the Hall of Fame, at the 2015 Utah International Auto Expo, taking place Friday, January 16 through Monday, January 19 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day). Alan Archibald, David Labrum and Robert Davis among the inductees for their years of service and dedication to the auto industry and community, in Utah.
Motor Company’s Chairman’s Award, he served as President on the Board of Directors for the New Car Dealers of Utah, and received the Time Magazine Quality Dealer Award, in 2002. DAVID LABRUM
The New Car Dealers of Utah will also induct David Labrum into the Hall of Fame. David owned the L&L Motor Company, in Roosevelt, Utah, a company he had worked at since graduating from Utah State University, in 1973. Over the course of his career, David served as president of the New Car Dealers of Utah, in 2003. David and his wife Shana sold their ownership share of L&L Motor Company to their son Michael G. Labrum, and currently serves as President

Alan Archibald spent nearly 22 years in the auto industry where he owned several local dealerships including St. George Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and Provo Orem Ford, Magic Ford Lincoln Mercury and St. George Used Cars. A two-time recipient of the prestigious Ford

From odd jobs at dealerships to learning trade from his father, Robert Davis has been involved in the auto industry since age 14. Heritage Auto Group was a family business with a strong partnership between Robert and his brothers that led to expansion to include dealerships in Logan, Brigham City, Tremonton and Richfield, in Utah. Robert moved to Brigham City in 1982 with the acquisition of the dealership. They have been involved in the local community for 32 years. From 1994-1995, Robert served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the New Car Dealers of Utah, and then represented the association
