Kudun and Partners Promotes Two New Partners

Kudun and Partners recently announced the promotion of Thitawan Thanasombatpaisarn and Kongwat Akaramanee to partners of Kudun and Partners. Thitawan specializes in capital markets; offering counsel on Thailand’s securities laws and regulations related to both equity and debt offerings, initial public offerings, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, asset disposals, connected transactions, takeovers, and corporate governance for public listed companies. Kongwat’s expertise lies in dispute resolution, litigation, and international arbitration. He possesses extensive experience in commercial and business litigation, administrative disputes, labor, tax, restructuring and insolvency, as well as international arbitration, acting as trusted advisor to numerous domestic and international clients, particularly on compensation claims, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract disputes and tax disputes. Both Thitawan and Kongwat have been valued members of the team for many years, consistently demonstrating exceptional legal acumen and a deep commitment to client service. The new partners will play a vital role in shaping the direction of the firm and driving the firm’s sustained growth.

With the new promotion, the firm now has 17 partners, with 12 partners in the non-contentious practice and five partners in the contentious practice, supported by over 50 associates.
