by the Baked Bean Dance Company Inside is the debut performance by the Baked Bean Dance Company – a company for adults with learning disabilities. Set in a prison, it follows the story of a man falsely accused of his wife’s murder.

The performance features varying styles of dance from ballet to hip hop and uses a large assortment of music to portray the story.

Dead Reckoning

by BAFTA award winning writer Eric Chappell, creator of TV comedy classics Rising Damp and Only When I Laugh When the mysterious Mr Todd arrives at painter Tony Reed’s house and offers to kill his first wife’s murderer – and so satisfy Reed’s burning desire for revenge – Tony cannot stop himself agreeing.

But after making this decision, Reed and his second wife Megan find themselves entering a terrible nightmare.

On April 15th 1912, the Titanic slipped below the icy waters of the Atlantic. Yet Bruce Ismay, Chairman of the White Star Line stepped into a lifeboat and sailed away from his stricken passengers. This play evokes that terrible voyage and asks whether Ismay was a coward or merely human.

Don’t Shoot The Clowns

Punchy, playful and sometimes very silly, Don’t Shoot the Clowns tells the stories of a troupe of ramshackle clowns in a war torn country. It’s feisty, funny, political theatre about friendship, suffering and how far an individual has to go to make a difference.

A disillusioned Humanities teacher knows he has to leave his school. But how does he leave with dignity and say the things he needs to say with one hour to go before he gives his leaving speech? Step forward Kenneth Williams. Together they go on a rollercoaster ride of original comedy.

This play tells the story of Vivian, an elderly Irish lady and Dorian, a middle aged lawyer, two unlikely companions who face a common enemy, old age and its challenges.
