As a member of the prestigious international culinary society La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, AmaWaterways offers guests an unforgettable experience enhanced by hand-selected complimentary wine chosen in consultation with acclaimed European sommeliers. At every meal, you’ll dine on your choice from both regionally-inspired and Western cuisine, lovingly prepared using only the freshest seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully paired with a different daily selection of wines. Enjoy omelettes made to order using freerange eggs, vibrant plant-based breakfast bowls, a variety of mouthwatering baked breads and pastries created in our kitchens every morning, an array of freshly tossed salads, delicious entrées such as fillets of salmon, beef tenderloin and peppers expertly sautéed and grilled – and more captivating ways to enjoy healthy fresh vegetables than you could ever imagine.

Choose from a variety of enticing a la carte dishes or order from one of our culinary stations in the main dining room. Our Culinary Director adds his signature touch to the multicourse specialty menu at The Chef’s Table restaurant. Take your meal up on the Sun Deck where you might also be surprised by an unexpected afternoon ice cream sundae. For the ultimate luxury of choice in dining, sail aboard AmaMagna, which offers four unique restaurants.

Start your day with fresh-squeezed juices, specialty coffee and tea or sparkling wine. Rendezvous with newfound friends during our complimentary Sip & Sail cocktail hour and savour unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks served with every lunch and dinner on board. Plus, be treated to gourmet coffee, tea and gemstoneinfused water around the clock.

We are happy to accommodate you with delicious vegetarian, low-sodium and gluten-free choices at every meal. In addition, we always have a selection of Western favourites on the menu. For specific dietary requests, please inform your travel agent at the time of reservation and if needed, we’ll be happy to arrange a meeting with one of our chefs when you arrive.
