We note a stabilisation in the Rental market. The average income has increase this
period. Rotation improved
This report compares the data of Amat Immobiliaris during the 1 half-year of 2015 with those of the same period of the previous year. The number of operations in this half-year compared with the same period of the previous year was a little lower, globally in all our offices. Although we must segment this data in order to understand it better: In 2014 at the Sant Cugat office we had available a significant stock from an investment fund which enabled to make more leases than usual. This year this stock is already normalized and has returned to a usual level of procurement. st At Barcelona office, contract levels have been higher this 1 half-year. Although with a slight decline at Sant Just office it has been almost stabilized.
Rental Income – Amat’s data

The increment value should be taken with caution since in many cases it may be determined by the type of property leased in a given period. Even so, it must be said data indicates a moderately rising of the average of income trend.
Rotation of Rented Properties – Amat’s data Rotation continues to improve consecutively every semester. Nowadays in the rent market the property is marketed rapidly when it is offered with a market price. We are currently in an average of just over 2 months, when we were in 4 months approximately at the beginning of 2014.
