Banys Vells development is located in ‘El Born’ the most charismatic neighborhood in Barcelona. This is a place where the most traditional and modern ambience converge. It is connected to the world by train, there is ‘Estació de França’ International Train Station, and ‘Las Rondas’, a ring


road which crosses the whole city and connects to the airport. This neighborhood is eminently active with an interesting nightlife and a family day life. There is a wide cultural and leisure offer, for example, the Picasso Museum, the Chocolate Museum, many weekend street markets, and so on. THE BUILDING The building has 11 wide, bright and very functional apartments with high quality finishes, equipped with prestige international brands. One of the most remarkable features is its exterior. The faรงade has been restored keeping its original aspect as well as the hall pavement but windows and doors have been replaced by modern wooden carpentry with thermal insulation. Original ceilings has been also refurbished so wooden beams can be seen in each apartment. The Modernist hydraulic pavement is original from the 20th Century and has been conserved.
