Places lost to development or neglect require tailored solutions grounded in the local context. Recognizing the fine line between a hawker and an encroacher is crucial. The solution must infer through time, addressing present deficiencies while considering future transformations. Architectural intervention, material selection, and knowledge systems are integral parts of the solution.
