Ever since she was a litte girl, Deanna always loved makeup and the creativity and confidence it brings. What started as a passion quickly grew into a dream, inspiring her to become a makeup artist and licensed aesthetician.
Deanna basically grew up at racine’s. Most of the stylists have known each other for over 10 years and have become like family. They have been in each other’s lives through all different phases. Over the years, she has had the privilege of getting to know her clients on such a personal level that many relationships have grown far beyond aesthetics. In so many ways, she has become not just an esthetician, but also a trusted listener, supporter, and safe space for the people who sit in her chair. There’s something incredibly special about building those connections and being a part of her clients’ lives, confidence and journeys.
Lately, Deanna has fallen in love with the glass skin trend– focusing on skin healthy from the inside out. Dinaʼs journey with racine salon & spa began on day one at our
current location, where she started as a hair assistant with a passion for the beauty industry. Over the years, her role evolved significantly as she stepped into the position of Assistant Manager. Holding a cosmetology license gave her a deep understanding of the technical side of hair care, allowing her to manage the hair department effectively and jump onto the salon floor whenever needed. Beyond styling, she oversaw the day-to-day operations and salon inventory, while managing critical business operations including payroll and banking. While Dina has since stepped away from the daily salon operations to focus on raising her children, her dedication to racine remains strong as she continues to support Rachel and manage essential operations behind the scenes.
One of the highlights of my career has been working alongside our owner, Rachel. Her immense trust in me allowed me to make key executive decisions that helped grow the business—so much so, that she frequently joked with clients that she was the owner,
but I was her boss!

mom to her daughter Isabella which has been the most life altering and meaningful chapter of her life so far.
